Though we stayed here for a short period. We had a good time. Comfortable place. Staff were nice and helpful.

I visited the place to see the 1 bed room unit that was available. Tania was very nice and kind during the whole tour! Amazing! Due to personal situations from our side we couldn't move in but I am pretty sure I would regret this some day... Wish you the very best Tania!

We really enjoyed living here. The office staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They made us feel like part of the community, whether it was the events and contests they put on or just spending some time at the leasing office talking with us. Every step of our rental process was painless and easy, from signing a lease, moving in, bringing pets into the apartment, to moving out was all a breeze. Our pup loved his time here, tons of areas for him sniff and explore, with pet waste stations throughout the place.

The maintenance team was stellar. We never really had any issues, just wear items needing replacement, and they handled that super quick. They followed all state and community guidelines and made sure everyone was comfortable and felt safe.

Overall, no complaints. We had a top floor apartment with the deep window sills, and our cat misses this place (almost) more than we do.

Can't think of a better place to live in MA. One of the best community so far. The maintenance team especially Justin and William are the BEST. My washer broke down and they replaced it within a day! They work extremely hard for the residents and ensure their needs are addressed timely. Kudos to the entire team!

My fiance and I love living at Eaves Burlington. The grounds are well kept, the gym is convenient and the pool is perfect in the summer. We love how it's close to the town common and all local amenities. It's truly a great community. We can't say enough positive things about the staff. They do a REALLY good job. Everything that we've ever needed help with they've gone above and beyond and always with a smile on their face. Excellent customer service. We have been happy living here.

Really enjoyed our time living here- the neighbors and staff were all great. We never had a problem with our apartment and the property is very pet friendly. Tania in the leasing office is fantastic - after looking at a number of apartment complexes in the area, meeting with Tania sealed the deal for us to live at Eaves. We only moved out recently because we purchased a house.

This review is quite late since I moved out from Eaves Burlington in January 2020, but figured better late than never. Out of the 4 apartments I've stayed in during my time in New England, Eaves Burlington was hands down the best. One of the things that made my experience at Eaves Burlington so great was the staff there, especially Tania. She was awesome and always so helpful. The people who did the maintenance was pretty good as well, although I don't remember their names. This was the first apartment I had lived at that felt like home, but unfortunately I had to move closer to Boston in January for personal reasons. The one-bedroom apartments themselves were very spacious for New England standards and were very bright with the large windows. I appreciated having laundry in-unit and the kitchen being open to the living room. Now that I am moving out of New England completely after sub-leasing in Boston for the last 7 months, I keep comparing the new places I see online to Eaves Burlington - and I realize how great this place was. I honestly doubt I will ever find another apartment/apartment staff as great as the ones at Eaves Burlington. Sure, it's a bit pricey, but so is everything in Boston/Eastern Mass, but I would say it's worth it. To the staff at Eaves Burlington, thank you so much for making my stay there so good!

My husband and I moved in 2 weeks ago from VA. We were not able to see the apartment in person but had a zoom call video tour with Tania. She was absolutely the best in making the leasing process smooth. She is super friendly and always ready to help, even now after we have moved in. The apartment in clean, spacious and at a wonderful location. The maintenance team is also sincere and gets the job done right away.

My review will be the same as most others here. It is a great complex and Tania is the best. She is so welcoming and positive and upbeat. The process of selecting an apartment and signing for the lease was so easy and was all done online. I am on a top floor and I have views of trees from every window which I love. It feels very private. When you walk into the building, there is a dividing door on each floor which adds to the quiet atmosphere. Another reason why I bought here, and chose Model B1, is because it has the best closet space and number of kitchen cabinets in the area. I literally compared floor plans from every other available apartment in the surrounding towns. I moved from a house so I needed a lot of space. The pool is great too and very private along with tennis courts. I feel like I am on vacation.

My fiance and I moved here in the middle of the pandemic last May 2020. Tania was so incredibly helpful (and so nice - she left us the cutest little move in gift for our kitty girl!)

The apartments are beautiful (HUGE walk in closet), the pool is lovely, and the maintenance team resolves issues literally within the next day. The neighborhood is the perfect little circle and we love walking around it every day and saying hi to the neighbors.. I couldn't say enough about how much we love living here!

One of the best community so far I have lived in MA. Apartments are huge and renovated. Maintenance team is very prompt in resolving all the requests. Mark helped me to fix the items which need repairs very quickly. Kudos to the entire team.

I moved to the Eaves Apartment in Burlington on Jan 25, 2020. The management here including Tania and the maintenance guys that is Bruce , Alex and Aaron are super nice. They are like family members. I am very happy here at the Burlington Eaves. Thank you for what you do around here. I even changed the apartment recently due to a medical reasons and the transfer was super easy. Thank you again.

It has been about five months since my fiancée and I have moved in to Eaves and we are so happy here. Tania Khoury is a spectacular member of the eaves Burlington team that consistently goes above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home! The second we met her she took the time to get to know us and listen to our needs and helped guide us and set up everything very swiftly. It is very rare to encounter an individual that is as kind and genuine as her. We also love how safe and kid friendly our community is as we are expecting our first baby. Shout out to the maintenance team as they are organized and attentive to any issues that arise and the quality of the apartments here are excellent. Highly recommend the apartment complex if you are looking in the Burlington area.

Eaves Burlington is a very good place to make your home. The apartments are very clean, calm and pleasant. The team that stays and works on site are very knowledgeable, helpful and they answer all of your questions in a very generous way.

I’d highly recommend Eaves Burlington and I’m glad that we decided to call this place our home.

I recently went to look at a two bedroom apartment for my son and his family.I wasn't expecting to meet anyone .Because i scheduled a self guided tour. However Ms. Tania came to the door greeted me with a smile and explain everything to me.The grounds are well kept.I would most definitely recommend Eaves Burlington to anyone that is looking for an apartment.

We met Tania during our initial tour and we couldn't have felt more welcomed! She is the PERFECT person in her position as she is genuinely very enthusiastic, warm and welcoming and she is the reason we chose eaves over any other apartment! She’s fantastic!!!

eaves is a beautiful community - nice and small, so it feels very intimate. We are excited to become a part of the community!

Our time at eaves was very pleasant from start to finish. Tania did a wonderful job of making us feel home and explaining everything. She kept us posted on all important matters and the one time there was an issue with the apartment, it was fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend.

We moved in back in December of 2020 and Tania was a great help - things were still a bit weird with covid-19 regulations but we were able to see an apartment and fell in love with the community pretty quickly. We see Tania regularly these days when we stop by the office with our newest member of the family - a 5 month old wheaten terrier - and she gives him a delicious cookie and so much loving!! We couldn't be happier than to have chosen eaves and we plan on spending at least another year here!

We have loved our time at eaves and have truly felt at home here. We are moving out in February, only to move into a home with a yard and extra room for our little one, otherwise we would be long time eaves residents. We moved in right before the pandemic started and have been so thankful for the way eaves has managed this wild time. From continuous communication, to efforts to still provide services, eaves has really gone above and beyond. Tania pitched us in an apartment and good community and boy did eaves deliver. We will miss our beautiful apartment that has large windows and built in books. We will also miss the close proximity to many parks and the Burlington Commons. Thank you so much eaves!
