Vivians Nails & Spa

Vivian Nails is the best nail salon in Winchester. The shop is immaculate, they are professional and they consistently give the best manicures and pedicures around. Vivian is one of the best manicurists I have been to and I am very picky. Would not go anywhere else! the biggest thing is to call before you go to get your spot since it is easiest to accommodate when they know in advance.

I will only go here for my nails. They are consistently good and also quite friendly. I am never disappointed and I often give my friends gift certificates for Vivian's.

Bad paint job. Regret spending my $25 I can't get back

Hello, I am a kid but I’m still giving a honest review. I do not recommend going here, when you get your nails done the guy doing it on me got it everywhere. I’m really annoyed, they also were very rude when they were explaining my nail was to small to do a lighting bolt. On some of my nails they missed like a whole corner of my nail such a waste of money my 8 year old sister could do better.

Worst experience ever!! Horrible customer service. Not even deserving of 1 star. Accused me of having fake nails which I’ve never had and do not currently have. Did not properly remove my dip polish. Very aggressive male worker in there. Very dissatisfied! Will not be returning. Probably the most horrifying experience ever!
