Crowne Plaza Boston - Woburn, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of outlets and large beautiful shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price and location were excellent. The hotel sports bar had great food, entertainment and hard working staff that are on it. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of fresh cut up fruit, bacon and sausage! It had many options for all diets and allergies.

Clean hotel - comfortable pillow top bed .Room a/c heater unit was noisy but other than that a conveniently located hotel- with large walk in shower and comfy bed .Close to Salem ,NH and Boston with some food choices close by

Very decent hotel, and reasonably priced. The crucial parts of the hotel are met well: Soft sheets and bed, room and hallway doors don't slam, pretty much sound proof. Nice lobby, and nice salt water pool (though small, and a hot tub would be a very welcome addition!). The gym is decent for a hotel, decent Wifi, and conveniently located. This will be our go to for the Boston area!

This was my 4th year coming to stay at this hotel in order to teach creative writing to students during a week-long Thanksgiving holiday camp. Every year this hotel is excellent, and this year was no exception. I want to thank Amanda at reception, who gives the guests top service. She even remembered my name without me having to say it, which was a lovely touch! Mai was also very sweet and had a perky, positive attitude. I want to finish up by thanking Rob and Agim who manage the breakfast service in the restaurant. They were lovely every single morning, making it a joy to come down to breakfast. I certainly look forward to seeing them all again next year.

I had surgery scheduled at 6:30 in the morning, so I stayed here the night before as it's close to the surgical location. It was so relaxing! I forgot about being nervous re surgery and slept well.

Super close to the TD Garden and all the things in the actual city. It was about a 15 minute drive. Location was excellent and the staff was superb. It helps so much having a restaurant in the main lobby that you could eat from and enjoy a drink when you check in. My husband and I would definitely stay again. They’re suite was such a great size and impeccable.

Large clean room with an amazingly large and clean shower. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant buffet breakfast well worth the money.

Very nice hotel at a great price. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Saltwater pool is very refreshing for a nightly dip( 7am to 10pm) . Buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of choices to get your day started. Several ins and outs to make your life easier. And lots of parking!!

Workers great service great no free breakfast but it is 4star breakfast mother than I loved it !!

Right off of rt 95. Big party hall to accommodate 200 to 500 people. Looks brand new inside. Excellent service by staff.

Hands down one of the most pleasant and comfortable hotel stays we’ve ever had! The ladies that work the reception desk are phenomenal. The room was clean and very cozy. The bed AND pillows were top notch, I literally didn’t want to get up in the morning and I actually slept in which never happens. They had conditioner and lotion that was just amazing. I have difficult hair, lol and the conditioner was awesome! The sports bar downstairs was just as amazing, the food and drinks great! Our waiter was such a nice and attentive man. All in all I can’t say enough great things about staying here, I can’t wait until we come back to Woburn and stay again! Thank you again SO much!!!

Check if the pool is working if that’s why you’re going! We had booked this as Christmas present to my nephew to be able to swim. When we arrived, we were notified the pool was out of order. I had read this happened to someone on another review (a different instance than this one). As annoying as that was, life happens. The front desk attendant was extremely understanding. He let me cancel reservation with full refund. He was very kind and pleasant.

Room was beautiful. Service was excellent. We had breakfast there was delicious. The king sized bed ( & pillows) was the most comfortable i have ever slept on. 5 ☆'s. Wish i knew the brand 😴😀.

Stayed here mid-week for its proximity to the funeral home where we held my mother's services. Great rates for a pretty nice room. Great location, right off Route 95/128, with a restaurant onsite, more restaurants nearby, and other amenities nearby.

(Though it's close to Boston, know that if you book this hotel for a visit to Boston proper, you will likely encounter heavy traffic between here & downtown, and it won't necessarily be a quick drive to the city. Try to avoid morning and evening rush hours especially.)

We originally booked two nights and then last-minute, we added a third night as more family stuff came up. It was extremely easy to add the third night, and luckily, we didn't even need to switch rooms.

Want to thank Jillian , front desk agent.. Have never had such a kind person help with local directions, looking things up writing them down for my elderly mother. Most times questions are answered in a question form..dont you have GPS..etc. My 82 y.o.mother was so happy with her help. I'm glad we stayed here for 2 nights because I had the pleasure of meeting her on our second night here. Went above and beyond normal duty. What a pro!! We will be coming back to the area in 3 weeks
We look forward to seeing Jillian again.. What a asset to crowned. Plaza. She is the reason we will stay here again when we need to return to this area.beds comfy too. And very sound proof .even on 1st.floor.

Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and pleasurable stay at this hotel while spending the weekend in Boston from Virginia back on july 15-17. Staff was incredibly friendly upon arrival (despite me not being able to check in til 11:30 pm thanks to a train delay) and checkout and made me feel welcomed there. Room and bathroom were spotless, had a good nights sleep both nights and I couldn’t be more pleased. They even changed my sheets and replenished towel/cloths while I was out exploring Boston during the day. Also easy access to I 95 and I 93 and within a few minutes from the Anderson/Woburn MBTA station so it’s in a perfect location. Also many restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping options as well. I will absolutely be staying here again in my next trip to Boston.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows allowed me to sleep soundly. The air conditioner kept the room extremely comfortable and was quiet enough that it did not disturb my sleep. The included breakfast was a continental style but the food tasted as though it was made from scratch; there is a restaurant on site. Room service only checked first thing in the morning; if you're a late sleeper, your room won't be serviced. Would definitely return!

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of parking around the building. Convenient to the highway. Good prices compared to other options nearby. Unfortunate the lounge wasn't open during my stay.

I had an issue with a third party booking company. Megan at the front desk went above and beyond for me. I was rude and angry at first out of frustration but she never lost even a hint of her professionalism and handled it like a pro. The breakfast is amazing as well but what will keep me coming back is how good that front desk staff is/was
