Le Creuset Outlet Store

We just got the most wonderful cookware ever from this Le Creuset Outlet store. It is for my mom as her birthday is coming up. Our sales associate Janet is a sweet, knowledgeable lady who guided us throughout the time we were there and truly elevated our shopping experience. I’ve been to this store a few times, but Janet brings out the best of this place. Thank you, Janet! My mom loves her gift, all thanks to you!

In a great experience you must have at least two things take place. A genuinely friendly person, and a very knowledgeable person. On my recent visit I encountered a staff member that had both, plus the love of the product she was selling. I went in expecting to buy one little thing, but walked out with 5 things due to the wonderful sakes lady, and the discounts that were going on. I would definitely return here if I’m in the area, and would recommend this place...

I had to pickup a last minute gift for my fiancés parents over the weekend and the staff here was extremely welcoming and helped me find a Dutch oven that they were so excited to get. I think I’ll have to come back in to buy my own. Definitely recommend

The lady in the store was super friendly and helpful. The store was immaculate too which is always a plus.

This store is absolutely WONDERFUL. A truly great opportunity to get the highest quality cookware and ceramics at an amazing price. I have been two times in the last week and plan to come back in the next few days for more items. The manager was the only person working both times and she greeted everyone that came in, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and gave some really insightful advice about how to best build and care for a collection.

I’m really glad this outlet is so close by and with such a wonderful staff I can’t wait to come back!

Great deals for the holidays and a very helpful staff! I bought a discontinued dutch oven here at 40% off the outlet price which was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful explaining all the cookware and what holiday deals were being promoted. Great store, I plan on visiting again soon!

Candy store for cooks! I love visiting, though my best experience by far has been working with Jen Miles, the sales manager. On 2 separate occasions I called for her help in locating dutch ovens for my loved ones when I couldn't get over to shop. She took my specifications in sharp detail to find not only the rarer pieces, but also advising me on how to get the best price. Her professionalism, great communication and genuine warmth will wow you as much as the great Le Creuset products. Merci, Jen!

The manager and team at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager herself, Paulette assisted me in picking out cookware for my family.
This was the fist time I went out during the pandemic and I applaud how well this team cleans and sanitizes the merchandise & store.
It saddens me to read reviews written selfishly about others who could not follow simple safety guidelines. Guidelines keep everyone safe.
We hope to return soon in safer times.

I had the most pleasant sales experience with Paulette at the Somerville, MA Assembly Row store. She was nothing but professional, helpful, knowledgeable & personable throughout our interaction. It was difficult to find the pieces I’ve been wanting for so long & she certainly did a great job helping me buy them. I would definitely look to her to purchase more LC!

I have only been able to visit once (global pandemic) but I appreciate the store is kept clean! They adhere to state safety guidelines and they also offer safe options like online orders. The staff are great and I believe I read it's woman-owned?

Great store and very well organized and clean, I could stay in there all day looking at all the different items. The saleswoman was very helpful and friendly. I ended up purchasing one of the dutch ovens and it was overall a great experience. Would love to go back.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to you, Paulette, and Sheryl B. You both were a great and patient help to someone completely new to Dutch ovens and the Creuset world.

Paulette, you were very patient with me the first day I came in back in January. You answered all my questions and even suggested I come back the following month for the 35% off sale. When I called back the following month, you had placed aside the 6.75 qt DO for me as it was the last one in Flame, oval shape, for that size. You also said you would keep an eye out for any more of those mini fondue sets since you had sold out of them.

Sheryl B. was very friendly and full of helpful tips for me when I came in to pick up the DO. She had given me plenty of tips for care and recipes. As she explained the benefits of a steel knob, She replaced the default knob for the new steel knob I also purchased. She was sharing stories of her own DOs that she has had for 42 years!

The DO is a huge hit at home and I look forward to using it for the rest of my life. Thank you again and see you again!

This store is impeccably clean, as it should be during a worldwide pandemic. I appreciate the efforts made by the staff to ensure that appropriate safety guidelines are being followed to mitigate the spread of COVID19. There are signs clearly posted regarding capacity and requesting that customers please not touch the merchandise. We are in the midst of a pandemic. The fact that this location has been able to remain open, is 100% due to the efforts of the highly knowledgeable manager and very capable staff. Please, wear a mask, and if you want to touch something, all you have to do is ask. The manager and staff will be more than happy to set items aside for you.

Sharing my thoughts about this location after reading the reviews. The store itself is very clean and the merchandise is very durable and pretty. As someone who dreams of having a complete kitchen in the future, I have used pieces from this brand and each piece is still in good shape even after a few months after normal wear and tear.

However I feel it is unfair to disregard while shopping that we live during a medical crisis in the world. The reviews about not being able to touch merchandise concern me FOR the sales people working in the shop. I'm a self-aware person and I certainly do not go out unless needed because I do not want to be in contact with anyone possibly exposed to Covid-19 nor want to expose anyone else if I am an asymptomatic carrier.

I have only went once with a friend and the shop clearly has signage about not touching merchandise unless asked because of Covid-19. Every store in that area has signs about ABSOLUTELY 100% NEEDING A MASK to enter into shops. They even provided hand sanitizer when you walk in which is nice and I was at ease because of the limit of how many persons can be inside at once. It's so simple to follow, I'm not sure why it makes a big deal. It's for safety which I appreciate because my fiance had Covid-19 in the middle of 2020. I'm worried someone else suffering is from another's negligence.
