The Row Hotel at Assembly Row, Autograph Collection

I love everything about this quaint,charming place. The rooms, the decoration in the lobby and common areas. Both lobbyists (for lack of better wording, I'm not sure what the title is)
were very nice and let us in on the common knowledge that this hotel was once a Ford factory. I hope I'm passing this forward correctly. That explains all the really intriguing decor. I love how they even found their books and I could just absorb every single piece of architecture. It doesn't go unnoticed. Comfortable. Great service. Nice stuff and plenty of little accommodies

This hotel is very beautiful, modern and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and transit. All of the staff were very helpful and very friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room was a suite with a bathtub and king size bed, a separate living room area and kitchenette. There are one and a half bathrooms. The large bathroom was very luxurious with a bathtub that is very spacious, a walk-in shower and the commode is private.

AE EVENTS: We had the pleasure of working with Kathleen and Enid on a very special event. It was advertised to all guests as an engagement party, but upon guest arrival, the bride did a quick outfit change, and the event turned into the couple's actual wedding! Kathleen and Enid were both so wonderful while arranging the details with us. They are organized and thoughtful, working with us to find solutions that felt comfortable and special for our couple. Onsite, Tom was amazing and really one of the better banquet managers we have had the pleasure of working with. We 10/10 recommend working with the Row Hotel!

The hotel staff is so so exceptional! Starting from all the front desk staff. They greet you every time and remember your needs. The cleaning staff leaves the room very clean and wasn’t bothered by us requesting a little extra. A special shout-out to Ani who checked us in and kept asking to make sure our stay had everything we needed. Very sweet to come back every time and have someone smiling back asking how our day was (thank you Ani!). Location was lovely. You have a bunch of restaurants, shops, and station within walking distance. Would definitely come back without a doubt!

This is a hidden gem! We stayed overnight going to the Celtics game! It is right near the subway,quick ride in and out! The rooms are clean and have coffee makers, refrigerators,safe etc. the bathrooms are great with private doors to the shower and toilet! There is a heated indoor pool and gym! Room service (we had breakfast) was delicious. We will definitely be back to The Row

I stayed at The Row Autograph hotel and the building is quite charming. The hotel was beautiful and immaculately cleaned. When you enter into the hotel room you know exactly the name of the person who cleaned your room. Located in Assembly there is access to plenty of shopping and dining. Valet parking is $58 a day or you can park in the garage which is $50 overnight but does not have in and out service. If you find metered street parking that is free after 8pm Monday-Saturday and free on Sundays. The fitness gym is open 24/7 and there is a pool (up to 3’6”) that is open between 7am-10pm. They have a bar downstairs and you can order ahead for pick up to your room. They also do have breakfast and dinner options as well as room service. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!! My room was perfect and the location here is ideal for walking around to stores and places to eat. The downstairs restaurant provided excellent breakfast and room service as well! Valet was super friendly and the front desk agents were kind. The interior of the hotel is gorgeous, I enjoyed the terrace and holiday decor. Thanks for being pet friendly!

Excellent experience here recently. Stayed for three days meeting up with friends in town. Sharp newer property, spacious room, and a terrific staff. Ani in particular is wonderful. Location is perfect as the T stop is just down the street. Plenty of quality newer food/shopping spots around although I only tried a coffee shop next door. I would 100% stay here again and plan to!

The aesthetic of the hotel from the restaurant to the lobby to the rooms was beautiful! It is located near a little shopping area and you can walk on over across the street for breakfast/coffee in the morning and one of the other yummy restaurants at night! Lastly, the staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. The valet, the two beautiful ladies at the front desk, etc; every interaction I had was top knotch, professional, and sweet. Glad to have stayed here!

Overall this place is amazing! Awesome location with tons of restaurants and bars around. The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. I would have given absolutely everything 5 stars but the AC unit in my room was loud and sounded like torrential rain on a tin roof. It woke me up once or twice but I am sure that isn't the case for all the rooms.

Wonderful stay at this upscale modern property. Amazing hospitality from the valet to the front desk staff. Location was a true plus with ample shopping and dining choices with close proximity to all. The room itself was a perfectly designed space and was spotless. Luv’d the bathroom layout that provided both great lighting and ample counter space. A unique feature were the separate enclosures for shower and water closet. Would not hesitate to recommend!!

If you are looking for a wedding venue with a intimate setting, I would recommend this place with a heart beat. Their staff is highly professional, attentional to details and committed to deliver an all-around satisfactory experience, especially I want to shout out to Enid & Kathleen, I really enjoyed working with them through the entire planning phase and pleased by the manner they handle the actual wedding, I think they deserve a reward.

The hotel is right next to a T-station so getting to downtown Boston was easy and stress-free. Lots of shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful and the staff goes above and beyond. I did have a small issue with a breakfast charge when I had purchased a package but the general manager immediately responded to my complaint and promptly rectified the problem.

The location is amazing. Really easy to get downtown, but the area doesn't have all the noise of the city. So much food and shopping nearby, and a movie theater. The rooms are very nice and not a bad size. I also really appreciate the floor being all tile with just a couple area rugs. It makes the room feel even more clean. The AC is also really nice. Keeps the room a consistent temp.

It's a bit of a bummer that the only place to comfortably watch the TV is from the bed. The chair is quite far from the TV and great for taking in the views, and the couch is on the same wall as the TV, so you can't see it at all from there.

The bathroom is nice, but has only one towel hook. There are 2 doors in the bathroom, one for the shower and one for the toilet. These doors have handles that can also be used as towel bars if you're trying to reuse towels, but then they are kind of in the way when someone wants to use those doors. Would also really have loved someplace to hang a hand towel. There's definitely space enough in the bathroom to do this, and maybe they will.

Would definitely keep this hotel on the list of places to stay when visiting Boston.

Great location, surrounded by all kind of shops and restaurants and is 10 mins away from downtown Boston. Very elegant interior design and accommodating personnel. The only complaint is the dust sitting on some of the furniture in a room. Otherwise, a great stay!

Most amazing hotel in the Boston area! Next to food, shopping, grocery, etc. Conveniently located in Assembly Row in Somerville. Also, staying here is truly a high class experience. Amazing staff, wonderful vibes and energy. Ani at the front desk is the best part of my stay every time i come here. She really lights up my world. Love her. ☺❤ The maids are also tip top on their job and my room feels brand new and refreshed every day when I come back. Love you guys at The Row! Keep being great. -Brandi Butcher ❤

It is conveniently located. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Not much a view for many rooms due to the location of the hotel. It is pretty spacious.

Great hotel for being in the middle of the Assembly Row energy. So many good places to eat. And lots of options for coffee hounds like me.

This is a stunning property! Lulu at the front desk was phenomenal! The overall staff was top-notch! I'll most certainly be back!!

This is such a beautiful hotel. What’s even better is the customer service. My husband and I had just checked in to our hotel and an hour later we found out that our daughter had an emergency. We had to check out, we hadn’t even unpacked our bags. The front office manager Enid was just amazing, and was able to give a refund for the room. Excellent customer service! Give her a raise! I cannot wait to come back to actually stay at this hotel!
