Was paired with Adam Edwards after an online inquiry. Adam went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to find a deal suited for me. Adam was prompt and made the entire process smooth. Adam then set me up with a 2 day turn around delivery with David Heathcott who also was very nice and made the paperwork and vehicle drop off smooth. My first time buying a vehicle online and I highly recommend. I think the pictures online did not do the vehicle justice and I got a vehicle I am very pleased with.

This dealership was absolute awesome to work with. I sent an email Tuesday night, after they were closed, about a new listing they had and had a response saying that they were closed but would be in contact the next morning. They did contact me shortly after they opened the next day. They were very upfront with their pricing and all the information pertaining to the vehicle, even though it hadn't even had time to go through their inspection process yet. The salesman Bailey... I can't say enough amazing things about him. He was very attentive to what I was looking for and was very understand and timely with answering my questions. I felt like I was his sole focus, although I'm sure he had other customers as well as me. He worked with me to explain how the process worked, about extended warranties, which I gladly purchased for my truck, and also helped me get a better finance rate than I was quoted from my local bank. From the start of the conversation, to me signing on the dotted line, keys in hand, was less than 3 days. I absolutely recommend Perkins Motor Plex to everyone looking for a no hassle car buying experience. And if you are buying around the Louisville area, ask for Bailey. Delivery driver David was great too! It seems that they take customer appreciation to heart from the top all the way through the organization. Outstanding! This was my first time buying a vehicle online. Not going to lie I was Iffy at first but Kris made sure everything was excellent! Super easy to communicate with and worked with my work schedule as far as texting/calling at the right time also with delivering my vehicle. I live 2 1/2 hours away and they shipped my truck right to my drive way with the time I chose. Jake the delivery driver was also very friendly and polite. He loaded up my 2 trade in vehicles and let me take as much time as needed with my new truck before having to sign any papers! I would 110% recommended Perkins Motor Plex. I really cannot say enough about my experience with them/ Adam!! I felt like I knew him after minute 1. Was incredible to work with. Fun, honest, kind, was easy to text/talk to. Was very informative… I had been looking for a car for my daughter for a few months and dealing with car salesman that were in it for them selves and Adam was truly not! I actually ended up putting deposit down on the car because I trusted him and what he was saying so much and couldn’t lose this car! We r so so happy with this car! It’s beautiful… he made sure it was completely cleaned up, gased up, polished upped! And mechanically… it’s a great car as he said it was!

Extremely happy with the purchasing process and entire experience working with Perkins Motor Plex, in particular Adam as well as the delivery driver, Richard. Inventory issues everywhere have made it difficult to find the right work truck at the right price, and I was a little hesitant to make such a big investment for my business without seeing the vehicle in person, but after the first phone call with Adam I felt very comfortable as he was honest and easy to work with from the start, and made the whole process simple.

He made a personalized video walk through within an hour of my first call, and was extremely responsive and happy to answer all of my questions. On the day of delivery I had an unexpected family emergency and Adam/Richard were not only happy to accommodate/change plans at the last minute, but you could tell they were genuinely more worried about my family than anything else, which really meant a lot! On top of all that they were able to offer me significantly more for my trade-in than every other dealer I had been in contact with, which was greatly appreciated.

Adam made the whole thing so easy that it seemed too good to be true, but two days after my first phone call I was driving my new truck to a job site and couldn't be happier with it! They delivered my truck all the way to Northwest Florida and 10 minutes later they drove off with my trade in. This was my first purchase with this car company. I highly recommended this company for your car or truck needs. Adam was my sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeable and transparent about the entire process. I like 3 hours away so I was concerned about purchasing a vehicle that I never saw or have driven. Adam was 100% honest about the condition of the vehicle. When Lynn delivered it I was actually surprised it was exactly how he described it. Excellent condition. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Perkins Motor Plex! We told our son if he finished college in 4 years, we'd upgrade his 2000 4runner to something newer and nicer--his choice up to a limited budget. He met the goal and decided on a Tundra.

He began searching online all over the country for the exact truck he wanted (model, year, color, 4WD, lifted, leather, etc). It was a tall order but over several weeks we actually found several contenders. However, our experience with those dealerships was not great and we were beginning to wonder what happened to customer service in the car business.

And then we found the 2014 Tundra at Perkins and met Brad Clapp who blew all other sales reps we'd talked to out of the water. He went above and beyond to help us from hundreds of miles away: took photos, video, did a Facetime "tour" of the truck with us, measured this and that., answered every question (there were lots), and even organized delivery to our driveway (thanks "Santa" Mike!) without obligation to buy until we saw and examined the truck in person. The Tundra was all that Brad had said/shown, and we could not be happier with the truck or the experience. Highly, highly recommend Perkins Motor Plex and Brad especially, no matter where in the country you're shopping from.

My husband and I were just browsing online and found this beautiful truck we just had to look at. I emailed the dealership that day and got a quick response back. I called and talked to the salesman the same day and the paperwork was done the same day. We were sent a walk around video of the truck was very thorough. Truck was delivered with paperwork the next day. Overall we had a great experience and everyone involved was very kind and helpful.

I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma a few months ago from Perkins. I wanted to have a little time to experience the truck before reviewing. Perkins Motor Plex is one of the nicest used car dealerships I have ever been to. Adam and Bailey went out of their way to make sure I made a deal I was satisfied with. My Corvette was everything they promised it would be and more. The hospitality at Perkins Motor Plex is family like, no pressure, lots of snacks and drinks provided! I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from these guys!

Offered more than other dealerships for my trade in. Delivered a super clean truck to my house. I literally had to do nothing in the process but wait for a package to be delivered and sign for it. Then took the truck I traded when they left.

This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I ever had. Buying from out of state is usually has a few hiccups and I just got done getting the runaround on a truck the month prior from a different dealer. I found these guys and the experience was GREAT! everyone was helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. No BS and straight to the point without being pushy. I will definitely use them again.

I was a little skeptical of buying a vehicle unseen over the internet. I will have to say the folks at PMP make it simple. No sitting around for hours in the dealership. I told them what I needed and they made it happen. From inquiry to delivery everything went as expected and they said it would. Very satisfied customer.

I usually don't write reviews but buying from Perkins has been one of the best car buying experiences of my life. I was extremely skeptical of buying a truck online but Bailey was very helpful and easy to talk to and deal with. Over the course of a few days he had found me an awesome truck, set up a payment plan that worked for me and had the truck here in my driveway for me to test drive. Would highly recommend to anybody that wants a new vehicle. Not only did i not have the normal car salesman pressure and lies but i also had the convenience of doing it all from my house.
