Spoke with Kieth by phone to schedule mattress purchase and delivery for a specific date for my daughter who is several hours away and moving I to a new apartment. He was knowledgeable concerning the best match today for another mattress we had purchased several years ago. Also made it easy for purchasing and scheduling by phone.

We went into Mattress Firm to see if they could provide a platform for a mattress we already own. I had researched the product on the internet but decided I would prefer to support a local business if it could provide what we wanted. And they could and they did at the price that was agreeable to us with two day delivery as well. Emma particularly gave us very good service. It was a pleasure to give them our business.

Best experience one could possibly have as a first time buyer. Emma was apparently still in training but made the sale like a pro. She made the entire process smooth, easy and stress free. Couldn’t ask for a better store manger either. Jamie was fantastic and ensured us as as customers understood everything down to the fine print. Will absolutely come back for pillows and other bedding accessories.
