The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Online returns are easy when you put items back in and the plastic bag in which they were delivered. If you order in store the item ships for free.

Good prices on Lands' End products. We had a group of 10 ladies looking for matching shirts, the employees were very nice and helpful. Dana even took all our sizes to contact other stores to see if they had the sizes we needed. We will definitely be back!

They have a great selection of their clothing. And the staff is happy to help and knowledgeable about the product. They are a great source if you have any questions about the styles and what would look best.

Had to return the first two items I ever ordered, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. They didn’t have the items in store to buy so they helped me reorder and get the sale price which expired the day before I returned them. 10/10 would shop there again.

The new store is very nice. They aren't able to carry all of their products due to the size of the store but, thankfully, an order can be placed from their computer and shipping is free. We found several good sales today. Wonderful shopping experience.

Nice store in a nice area with a lot of various shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most of store was dedicated to woman's and children's wear. Only a small corner had men's wear.
