We visited Whole Foods on Friday 1/26/24 around 4pm. Upon checking out at the self checkout, I asked the very generous employee about the prime member sales and he explained it to us and we had a few complications with the app and he walked us through it. I wish I would’ve got his name but he had very unique earrings and glasses. He was very helpful, super nice, communicated very well and even gave my son a sticker.

The sign above the butcher section read, "Meat and Fish: Freshly Harvested from the Void." I hesitated, wondering if I'd stumble upon a Cthulhu fillet or perhaps a Nyarlathotep cutlet. Alas, it was just organic chicken breasts. Disappointing, really.

The aisles stretched like wormholes, each one leading to a different gastronomic plane. Here, the artisanal cheeses whispered secrets of ancient cows. There, the bulk bins held grains from forgotten civilizations - quinoa from Atlantis, lentils from Lemuria. And the produce section? Oh, my friend, it was a psychedelic garden. Kale, the gateway drug to kale chips. Avocado, the philosopher's stone of guacamole. And the dragon fruit, well, that was just showing off.

But Whole Foods had its quirks. The absence of popular name brands was like a temporal glitch. No Coca-Cola, no Doritos, just rows of kombucha and chia seeds. The checkout lanes were manned by sages - cashiers who scanned your organic kale chips with the wisdom of ancient librarians. And the customers? Eccentric souls in hemp sandals, their auras pulsating with chia-infused energy

And then, the prepared meals. Ah, the siren song of the hot bar! Vegan lasagna, its layers woven by forest nymphs. Quinoa salad, each grain a tiny oracle predicting your next Whole Foods purchase. And the sushi - well, that was a cosmic joke. As I bit into a roll, I swear I glimpsed the face of Yog Sothoth. Or maybe it was just wasabi.

The cashiers smiled, their eyes knowing. "Paper or reusable bag?" they asked, as if offering passage to the afterlife. I always come prepared with my own bags. And as I exited, the automatic doors whispered, "Be well, traveler. May your kombucha never go flat."

So, my fellow seekers of organic truth, visit Whole Foods Market on Madison Road. It's not just a grocery store: It's a sanctuary for the gastronomically curious. Very friendly staff member was able to answer my question. I enjoyed my time shopping here. The items I bought were good quality for the money. I was pleased to be able to nab a hard to find product in the area I'm from.

Super hip to this location now. I used to prefer the Rookwood/Norwood location for the layout, customers and employees. Kenwood location recently became my favorite. Cool and helpful staff. Parking lot isn't as hectic and the store is usually a little more quiet inside. Self checkout is small...but the person who's stationed there is always really great.

I have always enjoyed coming to this store. Great selection of product. I really enjoy the fresh fish section. Can be a pricey but still worth the visit

Clean store with a large variety of choices for organic non gmo foods. Eco friendly products for the household is also available. Several gluten free food items including cake! Also you can order your items on Amazon and have them stored in the on-site fridge here. I also thought the Amazon meal kits available was nice. They also have miniature carts for children.

They always have the best desserts. Tiramisu is amazing. The self-checkout means you can get in and get out in a lickdy split.

Not a place I normally grocery shop but it has a great bakery, organic choices and friendly clerk's. Expect to pay more but it may be worth it for particular items you can't easily find elsewhere. As a bonus this store is also an Amazon Hub and Prime members get extra savings.

It was the best place an ever when to shop there for any time soon. Some healthier foods, healthier desserts & healthier products.

The vegetables are so fresh and crisp! My mouth waters just thinking about what I will cook when I am in the store. Everything is fresh and delicious

When your bf have shellfish allergy and you can't bring it home. Wholefood shuck them for you and have them on ice tray. ( consume within 2 hours, they remind you everytime)
So I have those bad boys in the parking lot. Fresh- juicy- meaty. Make me want to go back for another dozen.
And not the the fresh produce keeping me coming. Customer service is always great too.

The renovation is complete - the difference was worth the wait!! Their expanded produce department, they nearly doubled the win and beer offerings - and team at the store is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the u inquest items and brands they sell!

I was able to find the items I have been looking for all over town. Clerks are very helpful and friendly.

Although it has been challenging to shop at this particular Whole Foods location during the renovation, they have worked hard and are improving every day. The selection is magnificent for someone who has a lot of food allergies and other issues. I have been particularly impressed with the young people who work there who will take the time to help you find special selections or offer advice when you need it as to what foods might the accessible if one has dietary restrictions.

Found my Lemon Pepper! Also, brown Basmati rice!! In decent sized bags! Nice, helpful staff. In amazing shopping center.

My Favorit Date Night with the Kids!!! You have to try the Cup Cakes they are to Die For!!!! Eric is my favorite Cashier I love His Swag His excellent Customer Service skills and his amazing Vibe!!!
