Rally House Rookwood

Came for a few items, but was really after an FC Cincinnati Garden flag to complete my Cincy sports collection for my yard. I had been to a different Rally House that was out of stock. Went to a couple other stores. No luck. When I showed up here, I noticed they had an FC garden flag displayed out front. Inside, the store was out of stock. I asked an employee if I could buy the one displayed out front. She went to ask the store manager and returned with the flag so I could purchase it! I really appreciated that as I was getting tired of trying to track one down. I'll be back!

If you want Cincinnati teams swag look no further. This place has it all & every employee there is so nice & helpful. Thanks guys

I wanted a flat billed Bengals hat for my partner but didn't know what size I needed. I went to the counter and the lady working knew exactly where to go to find the snap back version of the hat that I wanted. Ended up working perfectly! She was very helpful and kind.

This was my second time shopping at the Rally House Rookwood location. I shopped there for the first time during the month of February great experience, a variety of styles of fashion. Purchased Bengals gear and Ohio University swag and t-shirts. Most recently shopped June 19th purchased two Ohio University shirts. Great quality and fashion. Great customer service. The location was clean and staff was friendly and quick to respond. Store size is a bit small with how much inventory they have on display but the selection was great regardless.

I was looking for a new UC jacket and found just the one I wanted. Thanks to Eli and his trainee (sorry I did not catch her name) They were very helpful and I am sure if I need anything else I will be back.

First time at a Rally House as was visiting from out of town and someone recommended the store. Amazing selection and 5-star customer service. Was a bit overwhelming at first because there's SO much stuff but the staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Will shop there again on my next visit to the area.

Thoroughly impressed on my whole experience and in particular on how polite one employee, Nick, was and ready to help at the drop of a hat, employees like him deserve a raise! Also too very knowledgeable and even went out of his way to find the product I was looking for at a different location!

Rally House is an excellent place to shop for college and pro sports apparel. Their prices are reasonable, I only wish they had more Xavier University merchandise in their Cincinnati store.

A cool place. It is just as their slogan says, "Local Stuff", Bought a UC plastic pullover shell to replace one that had a major zipper issue. Very pleased.

Rally House is the best store to go to for anything related to any Ohio sports team, college or professional. They have anything you can think of and get in new, hard-to-find merchandise all the time. The employees are incredibly helpful & friendly. Rally House is a MUST for anyone visiting Cincinnati!

It's over the top in the best way possible! My son absolutely HAD to have a specific Joe Burrow jersey.. thought this would be an easy task in Cincinnati... NOPE! Honestly, there was not much of to choose from in other stores. Then we arrived at Rally House and there it was....#9....😁

I stopped in a couple times to look around for OSH and UC clothes and they have a huge selection for OSU and a decently larger section for UC as well. I walked in and was right away greeted by a two young men who then offered to help me find items I needed. I would highly recommend this store for all things sports apparel.

The customer service provided by the store employees will always make this one of my go to places when I visit my home town. Thanks guys for a fun time at your store!

Working with Rally House to get shirts was amazing. The customer service was on point and we were able to get all our shirts in a short amount of time for our event! Highly recommend!

My first time in a Rally House store! My son was overwhelmed with all the Reds and Bengals stuff we cannot find in Columbus!
