I had the best experience at this Talbots ! I am an avid and faithful Talbots shopper and still find that the customer service varies from store to store . But the 2 sales clerks were fabulous today! They were friendly and committed to helping me . Kudos to them and this store !

Great store, but hard to know when they're open because they change their hours frequently. Disappointed because I checked Google AND called the store to confirm a 7pm closing. At 6:10, an employee was letting a customer out the locked entrance. She said they changed to a 6pm close over a month ago. Then why weren't the hours on their store phone line & Google updated?! Customers shouldn't have to make a trip just to find out if the store is open.
