We had used Taunya in the past to purchase a home and we knew that if an opportunity ever presented itself that we would use her again. That opportunity presented itself a few months back.

We received a random message on Facebook asking to buy our house. We forwarded it to Taunya and she confirmed it was legitimate and began to negotiate with the agent on our behalf. She asked us what it would take for us to sell. We figured 15k over what we purchased the home for would have sufficed. Taunya was able to talk the buyers up to 100k over purchase price (with no contingencies)!!! We were floored, and obviously signed the contract.

When it came time to purchase our current home, Taunya once again demonstrated her negotiation skills and helped us navigate a low appraisal, saving us an additional 10k on the purchase price of our home.

At the end of the day there is no one else I'd rather have in our corner. Taunya's belief in a "win-win" for both parties, while fighting hard for our interests is exactly the reason why we knew we had to use her again...and are so glad we did. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen but Taunya is the real deal. A true professional. If you are looking for an agent, stop. You've already found her.

Taunya made the entire home buying process easy. She has some of the best contacts in the industry as far as inspectors, lenders, etc. She was able to keep me as well as the lender on track with meeting contingency dates even in the currently very busy real estate world.
I did not choose one of the lenders than Taunya recommended. This was a big mistake. The lender I chose made every piece of information that was needed a fire drill, usually with less than 24 hours of turn around time. Take the advice that Taunya gives and use one of her recommended lenders. It would have this process even easier. In working with Taunya in the past, and using one of her recommended lenders, the process was easier. The lenders she recommends will help guide you through the process and have all information collected ahead of time so when it comes to closing all you need to do is show up and sign.
Taunya is a constant professional and I would highly recommend her for anyone that is looking to purchase a home. She goes the extra mile with every client she has. I will be asking her to be my real estate agent again when it comes time to purchase my next home.

Taunya helped me both in the sale and purchase of a home. She came in, and with an accelerated timeline, was able do exactly what she said. I had one open house over one weekend, and an accepted offer at asking price. Then we started looking for a new house. We were able to find the perfect house very quickly and we were even able to get the same closing date as the sale. Taunya was very responsive, organized, and accommodating with busy schedules. Taunya is AMAZING!!!

My wife and I were planning on buying in year, when zillow sent us one of those emails of homes you wish you lived in and one was just perfect. Taunya was representing that seller and they already had 6 offers after one open house. So we didn't get the home, but we hired Taunya. She represented us as both our buying and selling agent. We started on June 26th. She helped us find way better financing with a local lender and we had an accepted offer on our dream home by July 8th. Which was scary cause we still needed to sell our home, but Taunya had already organized an open house and had our home listed on the 7th and we had signed deal for over our asking price in 8 days.

She instrumental in making everything fly along. Honestly, compared to my first purchase the whole process felt surreal. I kept waiting for the other foot to drop and some problem to come along. But it was smooth sailing and we're now unpacking in our new home in mid august.

Taunya had may e-sign options available for us meaning we were able to sign virtually every bit of paperwork from our phones up until the final signing in person. She had great people to work with (inspectors, lenders, title company). Everyone one of them worked SO well as a team, it felt as though they were all dedicated to getting me into my new home on my very short time time table.
