I have been renting a place where they manage for a few months and everything was great. Over the last few weeks my heater was acting up and they have been able to get people out and fix the issue instantly. They have been texting and calling whenever there was something to update and even follow up to make sure the work was done properly. I couldn’t ask for better service from a management company.

Dan is a good guy and I was looking forward to rent his house. However, we could not agree on the Lease amount or terms. Still, glad to do business with him! He posses good and professional demeanor. Wish you the best!

Dan did an amazing job helping us prepare our home for the market. We had 2 days of showings, and a fast closing with a cash offer in 2 weeks. We had already moved out of the area and Dan went above and beyond to help us with all aspects of selling our home.

Dan was absolutely phenomenal. We are having family over for Labor Day weekend and the life guard was over 2 hours late. Dan was quick to respond on a Saturday during a holiday weekend (which never happens) and he was quick to make sure a life guard arrived so we could have our family holiday together. Very poor service!!! Dan is eager to obtain your business very quickly; however, the follow-through is not there. I’m also very disappointed with his overall professionalism and his ability to manage the property. He really lacks the requirement of managing a property!

After the initial post was made of his review he threatening To withhold the funds and not do the transfer smoothly unless I remove the review. And it was escalated to his manager who then stepped into collect the documents from Dan and forwarded it over to me.
