The absolute best customer service. All of the flavors of ejuice were new to me but the rep was patient, explained everything, and made great recommendations. Prices are a little higher than what you'll find online, but it's worth it to support a local business. The rep that was helping me definitely hooked me up with some great products and deals! Highly recommended!

I’ve been there 3 times, - each time the employee(s) were friendly, courteous and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. They also carry disposable vape brands that I’ve not been able to find anywhere else in the area. Prices are fair, service is excellent.

First of all, the staff of Suburban Tobacco always carry the items I'm looking for and the price is right. The shop is easily accessible from Elkton Road and in the perfect spot for a quick stop on the way to work. The staff are quick with service and always happy to engage in conversation. I've never had to wait for service and the price of cigarettes is cheaper than most places in the area. They have always treated me with kindness and respect.The store has new owners and has addedWonderful new products.

I visited the store finally last week. I have to say I like the store. The employee to the time out to show us their products even explained the ingredients in the stores products. He was very cool..and has a inviting welcoming spirit and face. The setup of the store is nicely done. I'm giving 4 out of stars bc two of my items I purchased didn't function right and went out quickly within half hour.

Overall I've found a back store for things I need my old place doesn't provide or sold out.
