Kohl's

I have recently rediscovered Kohl's and I'm happy I did. I was very happy with the clothing selections in their Women's Plus department and bought several things. The store is large, spotless and well organized. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I'll be back soon.

I'm not one to shop here unless I'm getting a gift for someone. It's a bit pricey for my taste. It's also not my style. But they do have a lot of good and nice items

Kohl's on Kirkwood Hwy is very nice. Organized, kind and helpful associates. Great customer service and great checkout. Having Amazon returns is great too! Lines move quickly. Restrooms are spotless and the store is clean too!

My last visit was at the Sephora fragrance section of the Kirkwood Store. The associates are always friendly and offer a willingness to assist. I love how Pat asks questions so she can suggest fragrances tailored for your needs.

In my visits I always feel valued.

Great location for returning Amazon packages. Clean store with some good sales items.

Cashiers are always helpful and friendly. On this visit racks were chaotic possibly due to sales and my visit was late.I always get great deals at this store; like tonight❣ Parking lot could use better lighting.

Kohls Kirkwood is one of my “go to” places for clothes! This is one of the better Kohl’s stores, well managed, kept tidy, clerks are pleasant at checkout. I get great deals with their sales, especially if you have a Kohl’s charge card/rewards. Highly recommended Kirkwood Kohl’s!

This is a very good story for a lot of your everyday needs. The store is very clean and all of the merchandise is kept exactly where it is supposed to be and kept very well stocked. The employees are very knowledgeable and very friendly/helpful when it comes to any questions you might have regarding the store or any of the supplies it may carry...

I love shopping at Kohl's. The Kohl's cash combined with their sales really gives you a bang for your buck!

This place is clean, staff is ready to help. Sephora is awesome to have, fully stocked shelves as well.

I'm an online reseller and I spend ALOT of money at kohls (≈$10k so far this year) Well came in to get something fixed that I was kind of hesitant and nervous about doing because I knew it would be major pain for whichever employee got stuck with doing it and I was sure I was gonna have an annoyed/upset employee with an attitude like I've ran into at other locations. But to my very pleasant surprise I got Marilyn (not sure if I spelled it properly) the nicest, most patient, and helpful employee I've ever come across. To say she's amazing would be a gross understatement.(this was about 2 months ago, I left a review then too but for some reason it's no longer here)

Every associate at kohls was very nice and helpful to me today.

Exchanged a shirt and transaction completed quickly and was back out of Kohl's in record time.

Not happy about buying one item to get 1/2 off second item. At 71 years old I only want a good price on 1 item. Don’t need 2 of the same thing.
