Great staff very friendly and good prices

Usually I try not to call gamestop if I can help it, but was very lucky!! The worker who answered was very helpful and gave me great advice. I was turned off Gamestop for a while when they messed up my last preorder, and it got lost in the mail (it was eventually fix but it was quite troublesome). This time, everything was very smooth! I think his name was Raul, I definitely will be coming back anytime I need assistance or simply want to buy a game. But I will never preorder online again. 😅 Live and learn!!

They have games, action figures and accessories for all and any gaming system that's out. They have great knowledge about games and are very helpful on which things to pick out for your kids if you want to surprise them or get them a limited edition figurine. You can always treat yourself as well.

The staff here at Suburban Plaza is always very well trained, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Always. They answer questions promptly and accurately, and quirk as a team sharing knowledge. If you doubt the younger generation, stop in here and get something for your grandkids. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Went in hopes they would have a Zelda themed gift for a friend of mine, and the clerk (orange hair and wears glasses) was super helpful and found a great priced collector’s item!

I went in to ask many questions for my son about a new game. Manager was extremely busy but took the time to help my Atari minded self. Fully recommend this location for great customer service.
