The Round Hearth Cafe and Market Place

I had breakfast here and It was by far the best experience I’ve had since visiting Stowe. My husband was in the mountains skiing. Me and my 3 month old came here to get out of the weather and me to get a bite to eat. Service was fantastic! And all the sitting areas were comfy by the fire. It was not too crowded so we were able to really take our time and enjoy the simplicity of the place. Thanks for having us!

I haven't been here since high school which has been about 20 years ago.. went this past week and they have amazing breakfast and the prices are great! Service was amazing. My favorite is their Round fireplace with the hand painted hood of Stowe . Highly recommend the chocolate chip pancakes , best I've had !

I got the BLT which was really good, I got the potatoes. The flavor was there for the potatoes but they were cold & a little hard. My husband got the pastrami sandwich, it was so good!

The coffee was amazing and the vibes were perfect. Highly recommended!

One of the coolest little cafes I’ve ever been to. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is something you absolutely need to experience for yourself! It seems they also have rooms for rent upstairs too at a very reasonable rate.

We loved this spot for breakfast in Stowe! The portions were generous, the assortment of local coffee options were hot (and had free refills--always a plus!), prices were fair, and the staff was so friendly. We loved the atmosphere and the view of the mountains from the outdoor dining area. Would absolutely recommend!

If you are looking for a unique place to enjoy a homey feel with delicious food, I highly recommend The Round Hearth Cafe! The black bean burger and Buffalo chicken sandwich were so delicious and refreshing. Walking around to Cafe, you might even find a treasure to bring home. Definitely stop by and enjoy yourself!!! A great spot for breakfast in Stowe! Recommended to us by our AirBnb hosts, the Round Hearth was the perfect homestyle breakfast before a day driving through the white mountains. The prices were very fair and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The self serve coffees were delicious, including the Vermont Maple Roast 😋

Simple and cute little cafe with delicious breakfast menu. There is a bit of waiting time but it’s worth for the food. Hot chocolate was rich and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. Black bean patty sandwich was different and soft. Best breakfast cafe in the area. Also there is a candy and gift shop inside the cafe.

Cute cafe in Stowe. The food is always delicious and prices are reasonable. I personally like the haystack sandwich. I was dying to try the blueberry mimosa but was about to set out on a hike. We go to this cafe for breakfast and coffee whenever we are staying at top notch resort. This year the fire wasn't lit because it was too warm still but it's something we look forward to every year.

Walked here from talta lodge! Such a cute place for breakfast with a comforting fireplace and great home cooked meals. Can’t recommend this place enough! Bus stop to Stowe right outside perfect for before skiing!

We live near Stowe and have passed the Round Hearth many times.
My wife and I finally stopped in for a bite to eat...Really good food, coffee and unusual pleasantly quirky interior.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Round Hearth Cafe in Stowe, Vermont! The chocolate chip pancakes were an absolute treat, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The nostalgic oldies music created a charming ambiance that made the meal even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the fantastic staff - their warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. A definite 5-star destination for a scrumptious breakfast with a side of wonderful memories!

Stopped by for breakfast, and we love this place! Sort of a cafeteria style, you order your food and they give you a buzzer for when it's ready. Free to sit anywhere, including outdoor seating. The staff was super friendly, as you'd expect in a cozy place like this. And the breakfast was delicious, including the best blueberry pancakes I've had in some time.

Round Hearth Cafe & Marketplace is truly a unique find; this is my absolute favorite restaurant! If I could eat breakfast/lunch here everyday, I would! This place offers impeccable & pleasant service, as well as high quality of food and beverages, especially the coffee, refreshing iced hibiscus tea, & butter grilled muffins; I would also like to emphasize that the menu is amazing. I love the ambience and welcoming atmosphere, as well as unique marketplace selling rare finds, antiques, and handmade local artisan products. One of my favorite parts is the cozy round hearth when it's cold outside. I can REALLY recommend this place!

Every time I visit my brother in Stowe this is my breakfast and lunch go to. Nothing like the fire pit and the owners are fabulous people. Love the menu and Chris, Brittany and Mary are superstars at what they do.

Very delicious breakfast!! The latte is amazing and so smooth. The interior design is very unique! If the weather is good, it's so relaxing and enjoyable to sit outside.
