Notchbrook General Store

Very friendly. Very helpful. Stopped in for a second trip for some cold medicine and young gentleman said "not feeling too good, huh?" Pointed out a couple of products. Just had a good feeling when I left!

A great mini-mart with lots of goods.

They have hot breakfast and lunch sandwiches, a good beer selection, kombucha, chips, jerky, cheese, bug spray, ice cream and even some frozen pizzas.

Conveniently located just down from Stowe Mountain and the top of the Notch.

Prices are a little high, but this is to take advantage of the convenience of the location and the seasonal tourism the area receives from out-of-staters.

Overall a great place to stop for snacks, lunch and a beverage.
They have recycling and trash cans outside, along with a picnic table. They also have a clean bathroom available for customers.

They are also always trying to improve their store. The building was recently repainted, and even more recently, they installed a new entry door.

Support the local business and swing on by to purchase a few things.

Surprisingly great craft beer selection, not to mention everything else I needed other than diapers. Girl behind the counter was super laid back and helpful with finding other local things to do... this store is exactly the vibe I love when I come up this way, no uniforms just normal people looking to help out.

Just a pleasant experience overall. Great service ! Good wine prices and they had that beer my husband likes. We will be returning to this hidden gem. Very attentive staff.

I ran all over town looking for a HDMI cable. Finally, exhausted of all resources, I stopped in to inquire as to where I could find one. Immediately I was engaged in a thoughtful conversation with the friendly people there and, low and behold, walked out with their HDMI that they insisted I borrow while I was at Stowe. Upon the return of the cord, they insisted I take it with me as a gift. Wow! People like this are all over - but in the media's shadow of doom and gloom these days. Want to put your money in the hands of friends you didn't know you had - shop at Notchbrook General Store! I was impressed with their product - but that stuff is anywhere - its the PEOPLE that make the place. Thank you!
