H&R Block

I have used your service for almost 30 years. Always very satisfied! But this year was an exception! I was very worried about having to pay in for a lottery winning that I didn't have the money for. But as it turns out, I am getting a refund! Both Federal and State 🙂👍 I can sleep now 🙂😔

My tax specialist Valerie Sargent is a pleasure all around. She's very professional and explains everything. She made me feel extremely comfortable and answered my hundreds of questions. She made sure I understood everything about my 2021 taxes and fully explained to me what I can do for 2023 taxes. Valerie and Nancy are the reasons I still keep going to H&R block year after year!

I have found H&R Block to be fast and efficient, as well as quite obviously professional in taking care of my tax preparation and accompanying forms. There was a time when i first began using H&R Block that it was pointed out to me that I may have been missing out on substantially reduced taxes. The professional I had been working with upon coming to the H&R Block office for the first time was able to point out substantial savings that I really appreciated and benefitted from.

The woman who filed my taxes made my experience amazing. She was so helpful,caring, nice and personable. I will definitely be coming back to see her again in the following years.
