Keith and the crew at Service and Parts helped us figure out what was needed for our van that got all crazy after getting hauled out of a snowbank. It is good to know that even older vehicles get the attention they need

Very easy to deal with, I work long hours a decent way away, and they made everything simple and streamline, and were very attentive. Everything was handled either online or over the phone. Could not be more pleased with the service and vehicle! Would definitely recommend.

They took the time and did a thorough multi point inspection found several issues that require repairs. I also like that they were able to fit me into to their busy schedule as a walk in. I also feel they are far more personable than the Dealship where the vehicle was purchased.

I am very happy with their service work. I have purchased vehicles from them before, even though this time Joe couldn't get the dealer to release the vehicle I wanted to him. I bought elsewhere out of need but I brought my truck in to them for service and warranty work. I was impressed with the care they showed me as a new client that didn't buy the vehicle from them. They got the work done quickly, took care of all the warranty work and were able to answer several questions about the vehicle for me. I certainly will continue using their service department in the future.

Though my car always has to go in, the front managers Mark and Keith are remarkable! They work with my schedule and are great with communication! Thank you all for keeping my family safe on the road :)

I had a great experience. They completed the work I needed done in 2 hours with prompt and concise communication, found a couple of recalls on my vehicle and ordered the parts for me. They diagnosed some other stuff but weren’t at all pushy about it. I will be returning.

It was such a great experience working with our salesman Dan and all the staff during the purchase of our Ram 1500. Prior to our visit to the dealership, our primary contact was Ariel. She researched to find 3 trucks with the correct specifications needed and they were ready to drive upon our arrival.

I love this store. Ariel and the other staff at St. J Jeep were verry helpful and got us in a Compass we liked and could afford. This is a very transparent dealer ship and I would recamend using them as your dealers.

I can't say enough to praise them an there efforts getting me into the truck of my choice within the limited amounts that I had set. Each an every one up there went above an beyond to get this done an even when I was ready to throw in the towel an just get my down payment back they kept working to find a solution an that they did I'm now the very pleased owner of a beautiful Tucoma.

Mark and the team were wonderful, I was driving through VT when my Jeep started to run really rough. We made it to the Ram dealership and had to leave it there. This was on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning I received a text informing me that my Jeep was being looked at and they would let me know what was wrong as soon as they figured it out. They worked fast to get my Jeep fixed and Mark was friendly and compassionate. Thank you all who worked on fixing my Jeep so quickly!

My wife was looking for a higher end used truck, she found a 2020 Ford through Car Fax, we immediately inquired about it and lo and behold…….. the sales manager for St Johnsbury dealership Stephen sent me an email, the rest is top notch history in my book. This entire process lasted about a day all totally on line and so many thanks to all the very top notch people who worked on this. So long story short, we had a 2015 Chvrolet bite the dust, we thought we would make it another six months with it but it finally gave up, we were not in a good place financially to get another car and we had about given up and St Johnsbury JCDR came through for us on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport very clean and well maintained car. We did paper work and when it was all signed and wrapped up, they had it clean and fueled and all in under three hours!
