I worked with Autumn to set up a new business account. She was great! Everything was thoroughly explained and I was very happy with the service she provided. I got new phones and an incredible discount. If you’re looking for a great customer service experience, go see Autumn!

I recently had an issue because of an Apple software update and was unable to use my phone Tristian and Natalie both worked relentlessly 2 late afternoons/ evenings to help me with the issue Apple software created. They were both dedicated into helping me get my cellphone number back. Great service great attitude and great teamwork!

We bought a new iPhone and were quite pleased with the friendly service we received from Emerlie and Natalie. The next day my husband went back with a few questions and Natalie got him fixed up. Great place to do business. Keep up the good work.

I had an extremely pleasant experience last Saturday am by a wonderfully efficient manager named Natalie. She was grace under pressure as I waited for her to complete a multiple new phone setup for a couple. She was humorous and when it was my turn, I was treated as nicely snd happily by Nat alie. Thanks for making my dreaded new phone purchase so much fun Natalie. 😀

I love this store. Natalie helped me figure out how to port from straight talk which, because of straight talk making it a bit difficult on their end. It took quite a few steps more than it should have. Natalie was happy to do it though. I was laughing the whole time I was there as well! Thankyou guys!!

I took a chance and went back to the at&t in St Jhonsbury on 9/9. I did check to see if the same crew was there and fortunately they had all new people. I upgraded my phone. Thank you Triston for all your top notch help I apreciate your willingness to help and your enthusiastic aproch. Will be back much better experiance!

Autumn was great. She was alone and helped everyone as quickly as possible. She was very calm and polite to everyone. She never got a break for lunch. I was there over 4 hours and thankful she knew the answers. Mariah came in and helped finish the new phones for us. She even stayed late to be sure we were all set.

I never write reviews but I figured I HAD to write a review for Miss Darci!! WOW! incredible service & such a pleasing person to help me figured out my phone situation. I came in twice because my phone wasn't turning on & every time she greeted me with a smile and was happy to help me. She guided me through the steps to order a new phone & she made my entire experience at at&t such a delight. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

I got a new phone online and I could not get my old SIM card to work with the network. I was not able to get AT&T's customer support hotline to resolve the issue. I walked into this store and in less than 5 minutes I got a new SIM card and was up and running flawlessly. It was the most painless experience ever in a phone store. The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Tristan was very good at getting me set up to get an Iwatch! He was super helpful going through all the steps and making sure I got the watch I wanted.

Was a great experience! Darci helped me set up a new phone for my grandfather super quick and easily! She was super helpful and happy to do so! For anything I need in the future from AT&T I pray darci is working.
