Super friendly. I requested some honey with my tea and they had no trouble going back into stock to bring me some. Thank you for your kindness and extra effort.

This Dunkin always has great service, and the food is usually on point as well. Today I placed my mobile order (how I always do it) twice by accident. The employees were extremely helpful in assisting me to get that taken care of, even though it was a mistake made by me, and not the establishment. All in all, they made the experience that much better by being polite and respectful when sorting out the issue. For that, as well as the other reasons above, I give 5 stars!

They went Beyond to help my son find something he would like in a drink! Once they new he was Autistic they really took extra time to serve him! He really felt special in the best way!

First time to buy from this Dunkin. Came in at 30 mins before closing time and the cashier/staff was already cleaning up the place. She seemed tired to see me come in 30 mins before closing but when she went to the register to take my order, I was greeted by a very nice countenance. I know what it’s like to work long hours and so I appreciate what she did for me tonight. Didn’t get her name but kudos to her!

This place is short staffed, and everyone working was incredibly kind and they aren’t being paid enough for what they do every shift. I’m very grateful for the staff making my day a good one

They are always fast and always get my order correct. The poor employees are used to being slammed and hustling to get it all done. On more than one occasion I have seen customers be terribly rude to them. Good job guys/gals, and thank you!

I love Dunkin.. staff is awesome. Super friendly and remembers my usual order. I've been using the app to preorder the last few months and it's a life saver. My order is always promptly ready with getting to skip the line. Now I'm never late for work or leave 15 mins early just in case i randomly walk into a rush hour moment, swarmed with customers ordering dozen donuts and detailed lattes.

The staff was very cheerful and pleasant. They were very fast with my order. Overall great service and I will return soon.

The girls that work the morning shift are incredible. They make it a point to learn everyone's order. The service is friendly and fast. Also they do their best to work with people who are on diets. For instance I just started the keto diet and Amanda, Sam, and Bethany figured out how I could still get the breakfast sandwich I love without killing my diet. I drive from lyndonville every morning just to go here. They're worth every cent of gas.

It's always a pleasant visit.. Has the best coffee EVER.. 😀 the breakfast sandwiches are fresh and yummy and my kiddos favor D&D donuts over any other store bought kind..They said"they can taste the freshness" I agree cause I can taste the freshness in the bagel sandwiches to :-) To top it off the morning crew in St. Johnsbury are pleasant and fun...a good crew...

Best location in vt everything is always just as I ordered it employee's are pleasant. You should train everyone in this location....

Good food, good coffee, decent place to hang with friends

Loads of staff on, some in training but quick and efficient. Croissant sandwiches were nice.
