I have a 2013 F350 PowerStroke and the compressor quit at a local market. I was able to drive it in to Twin State and luckily Jordan had a tech freed up.
Diagnosis at 4:30 that afternoon was my compressor had seized, no power steering, no alternator, fortunately they had the parts and I had my truck back the following day. Big shout out to Jordan for helping me out.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I worked with Matt C. over text while I was working after I found an amazing deal on a used F150 with low mileage that I couldn't pass up. He was very communicative and made the process super smooth.
After we found financing and agreed on pricing I made the 1,000 mile drive with my wife and dogs. Everything was ready to go upon arrival. Staff was super friendly and helpful and even gave us some great recommendations on places to check out in the area.

Excellent well run Service Department!! I am new to the area and I needed to have my 2017 Honda Accord serviced. I called the only Honda dealer for the area they were unable to get me in for over a week. I then called Twin State Ford and I was given an appointment for 2 days later. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed and walked back to the Service Department. I checked in with Clarissa, again very friendly and pleasant. I had my oil and filter changed and a vehicle inspection performed. It was completed in about 45 minutes. (I really don't want a rushed 10 minute oil change) The technician did an awesome job and I will ask for him next time I come in for Service. This is my new shop. Thanks to Clarissa and Nelson for being so great at what you do.

I was shopping for a new Ford Raptor. Twin State was the only local dealership that had them in stock. I drove over and met Seth on the lot. My first visit intention was to only sit in the truck to determine comfort and see just how big they were. Seth answered all my questions and was very helpful. I left without any pressure or gimmicks thrown at me. I returned that weekend and drove the truck with my wife. When we ended our drive, Seth was assertive, not pushy. We sat down and reviewed the numbers for the truck and my trade. I wanted to see the best price, less my trade. I thought I would get pushback, and I didn't. They were very accommodating with my request and did not play games. Both sales managers came out to thank me for stopping by and had conversations with us at length, they were very genuine. After 10 minutes, we decided to move forward with what I thought was a great deal for my wife and I. Overall, from the first hello to signing papers in the finance office (best finance experience I've had), process was easy and low-pressure. I wish Seth and the rest of the Twin State team continued success.

I was put in the unfortunate predicament of having to buy a vehicle at about the worst time to do so with the pandemic wreaking havoc on the auto industry. My options were VERY limited due to the type of vehicle I needed, the scarcity of those vehicles and the amount of money I was willing to pay. Twin State secured me the rig I needed WITHOUT the extra $1,000 markup that all the other dealers were charging on top of MSRP and when I was able to get a lower interest rate through my credit Union than Ford would offer, they used their relationship with another financial institution to get me an even better rate. They have definitely earned my future business as well. Easily the best car buying experience I have had.

The service we received was above and beyond. We even took a look at the Service Garage - huge, state of art and spotless!
