I have a great experience every appointment. Everyone is very kind and the office is nice and clean. Alison cleans my teeth and is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She is kind, gentle, always explains what she is doing, and makes me laugh. Highly recommend!

This place is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. It is super clean and Shila the hygienist is so kind and so thorough with her cleanings. My mouth always feels so clean and fresh afterwards and I feel instantly better. Dr. El Rafie is so knowledgeable as well! Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere welcomes you even before the incredibly kind staff does! If you are impressed by professionalism, skill, and the feeling of being cared for, this is your place! I have been coming to see Dr. Kwak for over three years to get Botox in my jaw muscles for bruxism (grinding and clenching) and it has made life-changing differences! She evaluates your jaw muscles, talks to you about your situation, discusses the appropriate treatment plan she recommends and then carries it through with confidence. I was very scared my first time, but Dr. Kwak helped me to relax and feel safe in her care! I will never go anywhere else. If you suffer from jaw pain or grinding and feel like there’s no hope, don’t look any further. I believe that your quality of life will immensely improve when Dr. Kwak uses Botox (the real thing) to make your pain melt away and then disappear! Then you can focus your attention on the joys of life and not the pains!

Unlike all of my previous experiences with visiting my dentists, I’m a dentist myself we are the worst patients!! I actually look forward to going to see my most favorite one!!
You are greeted with a welcoming smile by the receptionists always there to help you in anyway they can. Then comes Dr Elrafie with his comforting smile, listening carefully to your inquiries & concerns, calming your fears & worries & explaining his opinions & concerns.
He manages to make the treatment as comfortable & painless as possible while applying his experience & knowledge to serve the patient’s best interest. I highly recommend him to all my family & friends.

My crown replacement process went extremely well and smoothly, with no pain or oral difficulties during the treatment and the intervening time between dental sessions. The result seems fully comfortable and satisfactory.
