Took a chance on the no fuss counter service Prime Deli in Waltham and was rewarded with a delicious steak and eggs plate breakfast. The home fries were great, the eggs perfectly done, but the best part was delectable, perfectly seasoned steak tips. I will definitely eat here again.

I wish I could eat there more! Poached eggs on light rye onions tomato spinach. Garden salad with tuna and balsamic. All perfection!

THE best place in Waltham to get amazingly tasting food. This has been my go-to place whenever I am in the area for the last 15 years. California steak sub is my favorite.

My go to place as I work down the street. Gets an A+ just because they serve all day breakfast.

I’ve been eating here for years, and I keep coming back because the food is so good and the employees are all so friendly.

Their pizza is the perfect ratio of sauce to cheese and it’s just greasy enough. I am also always impressed by their sandwiches, all of which are delicious (especially their steak bomb and Italian sub).

The family also owns Chillbox Frozen Yogurt and Ice cream which is too doors down and it’s a must stop. It’s a green fro-yo chain and I’m pretty sure this was the first one in the country. It’s extremely good and you have to try one of their crepes if you’re there.

This is the single greatest Reuben sandwich I’ve ever had in my life!

I just had lunch here. A turkey sub with bacon. The service was perfect, the place was clean, and I had a wonderful meal. All the vegetables and deli meats are fresh and delicious. I was going to save half the sub for later but I ended up eating everything all at once. Highly recommended.... Awesome bread rolls too

We go here all the time! Talk about a family-owned, informal restaurant, with food made with love. Great food options for very affordable prices. Brandeis students: they take WhoCash! Only recommendation I have for them: open on Sunday mornings for brunch; you’d make BANK!

*Friendly service with attention to details. She got an Italian sub and I got a chicken bacon wrap.
(my Ma is wicked particular about her food...but she was thrilled that her order was perfect.) I was totally stoked with my chicken bacon wrap...omggg!

Great food. Have been going there for years. Plus really nice staff. Whether you're a vegetarian or not the food is great. Veggie pocket,stuffed with sweet onions, mushrooms,peppers and melted cheese..served hot. With chips and a pickle.. you can't go wrong for the price. Not to mention the hot pastrami on a bulkie the best.

I like to do a pastrami omelette bagel sandwich, a la Leo's in NYC. It's comes reasonably close for a Boston area place. Absolutely solid.

This place chicken tenders and steak salad for me is hands down. Even though my husband liked everything on the menu. These two were my favorites. Not to leave breakfast out. Breakfast was good too. Family staff is very friendly and get to know your face well. Love this place when I go and visit Waltham.

I’ve been coming to the Prime Deli since I was a teenager and it is one of my favorite places to come eat at. Definitely a must! Their menu is big and there are options for everyone’s taste!

The menu is UNREAL. My boyfriend works right next door, and comes here all the time. I went here for the first time ever last night and got the johnnys special, and it was amazing. I love that it came on a fresh baguette. There were SO many things that I wanted, and I'm typically a picky eater. I can't wait to come back and try something else. 5/5 stars!

Out of the six or so pizza places around that deliver to us, Prime reigns. We call here at least once a week. Orders always right, and usually early. Their coffee and breakfast menu are pretty good too (it's also our top pick for breakfast delivery).

Great breakfast, lunch and dinner. No wait service but great service, prices and food. Huge menu and everything I've tried exceeds expectations for a deli./cafe. I would call it the way a standard sub shop should be with breakfast. They have delivery and own a yogurt shop next door if your in the mood. Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms.

Best pizza delivery joint I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy, and I have frequented my fair share. Food is very well made and delivered fast. They are located very close to Brandeis University in Waltham, so if you attend that school then Prime is your best shot.

Omg I miss working in Waltham because every Friday we would order from here. I always got the tuna club. I love their tuna and pickles but my favorite thing that comes with it is the coleslaw! I never really cared for coleslaw until I tried theirs and I’ve yet to find anything like it here in RI. One day I’ll have to take a ride up there again just to get lunch here
