In my search for a Range Rover Sport, today I had the pleasure to meet Doug Ostroff at Land Rover Norwood. Doug was outstanding! He is not your typical pushy salesman, rather he is a passionate and very knowledgeable sales professional who wants to place his customers in the right cars that are right for them. I was uncertain about a particular RR Sport because the interior was not my ideal two-tone color combination — though the exterior color was perfect. Instead of trying to encourage me to go with this model (as he knew that I loved the vehicle since it had all of the features I wanted) he acknowledged my hesitation and reinforced that I needed to be 100% in love with the vehicle. Bravo, Doug! He found another vehicle that I absolutely love! Doug, you have a customer for life.

Ryan was great to work with, knowledgeable and helpful, without any of the usual nonsense. Everything went very smoothly. The LR Norwood dealership is the best in the region. Update: When I had a small problem with a tire a few days post-delivery, Ryan and the sales manager resolved it quickly and painlessly :)

Land Rover Norwood is the best Land Rover dealer in the New England area. I’ve purchased several land rovers from them and am always treated great and given a fair price on trades and purchases. Great experience at Land Rover Norwood!! Zhubin sold me a 2024 Discovery and did a great job in the process. I left feeling like I got an amazing car for a great price! During the process, Zhubin was extremely flexible and knowledgeable as I asked about the different cars and options. I never felt like he was pushing to close a deal but always felt like he was educating me and allowing me time and space to make a decision for myself. Excellent job, Zhubin! Just purchased a 2021 Land Rover Defender and the experience with Doug Ostroff and the entire Land Rover Norwood team was excellent. After e-mailing my interest about the SUV, Land Rover Norwood got right back to me to let me know the SUV was available. When I visited the dealer the next day, the SUV was waiting out front for me to test drive. Doug was easy to talk to and made it very efficient to test drive and ultimately purchase the vehicle from them. Mitch Collins was helpful in tracking down a floor mat for me and Doug was always quick to follow up with any inquiries or questions I had about the vehicle. Just bought my first Defender today. What an amazing experience with the crew here in Norwood. I would highly, highly recommend working with Ryan White. I had a great experience at Land Rover Norwood just recently. It started with Eric Ramirez who led the charge on the sales side and he (and Mike and Justin on the business side) were just AWESOME. It was the easiest, most straightforward car buying experience I have ever had. Really great. I bought a CPO car and it had a couple small issues that the dealership flagged for me. They ordered parts and when they came in, I brought the car back for an easy fix. Eric stayed in touch the whole time and kept checking in on the process. The service department is awesome. I worked with Chris O'Meara on that team and he was pleasure to deal with. Great dealership, great shop, great people. Highly recommend!

Jason did an incredible job helping me and my wife lease our first Range Rover.
