10/26/23 Thursday came here around 11:40 am for lunch because the ham is so good! The customer service was excellent and Ana was welcoming and friendly! I ordered the Ham & cheddar biscuits and I ordered the classic ham & cheese sandwich classic on a croissant. The ham & cheese sandwich was perfect the ham is so delicious the croissant tasted fresh and you get a good portion of ham on your sandwich. I got the meal also chips and a drink. If you want to seat and eat plenty of tables and it’s very clean inside. Definitely need to get a ham for Thanksgiving at this place also!

They truly are the tops when it comes to handling the high volume holiday events! I would never think to do anything else but Honey Baked Ham for our holiday events! It is actually tradition for our family!

Had the best experience today, the line moved extremely quick to get my ham, Stanley and Rocco were so kind at the register, I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so! Happy Holidays everyone!!

The ham is the best ham I ever tasted and everyone was so nice. They gave a better deal than what I originally thought of and my order was customized for me. And did I say the food was amazing? I'm definitely going back.

Have been getting Honey Baked Ham for Thanksgiving and Christmas for at least 30 years. It's the best, my family and guests always look forward to it.

Ordered a whole ham online for Thanksgiving. Picked it up but did have a little trouble as the app did not recognize the QR. Also the email that is sent the day of pickup should be sent more than 1 hour before pickup since I was on the way before then. Ham was great as usual and will be back for Christmas

If you ever want the most delicious ham in the United States, then you better get on over to HoneyBaked Ham in Norwood, Massachusetts. Every year I get my hands from HoneyBaked Ham Incorporated and I can honestly say with a smile on my face and a full belly out of all the HoneyBaked hams I've bought my food from this one is definitely the greatest!!!! Never have I had such succulent melt-in-your-mouth ham as I received from the Norwood. I stopped going to that location several years ago because they let the value of the customer not mean anything anymore. Now though the manager they have has done such an awesome job at hiring staff that the place is out of this world from their manners, preparation, cleanliness and the taste is truly back to the HoneyBaked ham taste. So I say to you all getting your vehicles or someone else's if you don't have one, take an Uber or Lyft anything that will get you there and just tell them that you need to taste what William is talking about. Well you really don't have to say that you do need to grab yourself a ham or some of them beans and macaroni and cheese you'll have a gourmet dinner that you'll be talkin about for years and trying to find me for putting a new number one in your life. The honey of a ham and turkey are delicious. Great options to take home for dinner. A little pricey but you are paying for the quality. You can order side dishes as well and they look very good but I have never tried any of them. If you are ordering for a holiday make sure you arrive early to pick it up. The line will start before they open. The rest of the year it is usually very quiet and quick. They do sell sandwiches for lunch all year which are always fresh and good quality, again you can get a side dish or just a bag of chips and a soda with it.

We bought lunch sandwiches - one a smoked turkey and the other a ham. There were both excellent! Out of our way, but we want to go back soon!

First off i didn’t know my mother gets the holiday ham here every year … BUSSIN ! Secondly, itry not to eat pork but i had a ham sandwich like last month from here. Best ham available anywhere. Pricey on the front end, but the number of meals we'll get make it more than cost-effective. We love Honey Baked!

Lines might be long around Thanksgiving but worth it. Their ham and Turkey is soooooo delicious. I love their honey mustard too, goes great with so many items!

Everything is amazing! The sandwiches, the split pea soup and even the desserts! It's been a family favorite of mine for as long as I can remember!

Went in there to pick up some ham. What an incredibly clean facility. The staff on hand were friendly and eager to help you with making your decision.

There was a long line (before Xmas) but it was fun, they gave out samples, and the line moved quickly. The ham is worth the wait.
