Shoe Carnival

I was able to find 2 pairs of shoes for myself. (There weren't sales people to help.) I didn't realize I had packed the shoes I wanted in the wrong box the cashier went and found the box I was missing. Love the shoes I found. Loved the selection. I couldn't pick between them so I got both.

5* because the dude working there told me where I could find the traditional high top chucks I was looking for

I love shopping for shoes here, hey have a wide variety of shoes, they are very understanding and have such a great work environment, I recently visited to return some shoes because they were too big, and they were VERY helpful. I appreciated it so much ❤ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The clearance was cheap we got nice shoes for $10 i lovvvve them and the workers were so nice

Really like coming to the Shoe Carnival. The atmosphere is inviting. It's part of a strip mall and it definitely somewhere you want to stop and look around.

Lots of selection and good sales. Be part of their perks program. 👍 They let me exchange a pair of shoes that were really squeaky. Easy and friendly.

Employees are helpful and professional. Wide variety of nice shoes. Only thing they are slightly lacking in is the 4 to 5 year old girls shoes, there's small variety to choose from. I give a 4.8 out of 5.0 overall👍🏽

Went there because i needed shoes, imagine that right? found they have sales pretty often, and had a good one here at the beginning of December. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the sales and were knowledgeable about what was on sale. I've been to plenty of places where the staff doesn't know anything about the sales. The selection was good as well. There are lots of different brands and a large clearance section. The only problem i have is price, and that is because I've always bought really cheap shoes, now lets see the difference in the quality, though i'm enjoying my new pair for sure.

Very friendly & helpful staff. One young man went out of his way to help my grandson find shoes he liked & we ended up buying 2 pair. I wish I could remember the young man's name but we were there 2/8 around 6:30 PM & maybe you can figure out who he was & give him our thanks.

My 5 year old walked down the kids section and had picked out 4 keepers. Its a decent selection so say the least and the lady who rang us up was delightful as well. All in all a good experience. We will be shopping here again.

Great deals on the Adidas I got!

I was looking for my Chuck Taylor's as usual. Sioux Falls didn't have any in my size of 9.
I stopped at the Rapid City location in my way west and they had several pair on hand.
The girl that led me to the hi-top Converse section was extremely helpful and friendly.
I ended up with 2 pair in black and 2 in red.
I hope Shoe Carnival brings back the 'buy one get one 1/2 off' in the future.

My daughter fell in love with a pair of shoes she saw online and had to have them. We went on a 2 day shoe hunt littered with indifferent sales associates, disorganized and somewhat unshoppable selections. We went to shoe carnival today and the sales associate, who was busy stocking, took time out of his day to help her find the shoe in the right size and was graceful, friendly and went the extra mile. Very impressive and half the price of the other stores as well. Shoe quality seems to above average as well. Nice!

I love shopping here for my children's shoes. We checked out the store last night and picked out what will purchase soon.

The staff are super helpful! If you tell them what you're looking for they will run around the store bringing you shoes to try until you find the right shoe. The sales are usually pretty good as well.
