Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norwood-Boston Area, an IHG Hotel

My family had two rooms for three nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part is that the cable TV has, not one but, TWO channels dedicated entirely to selling antique and collectable coins. So that made it especially awesome!

1st I'd like to say the hotel was very clean. The moment We walked in the hotel the decor & more was beautiful. Entering our room you could smell the freshness. The Carpet was very nice & upgraded. Bathroom sink was of a black marble. We enjoyed the in room whirl hot tub. I really enjoyed the bedside spotlights. Better than any hotel I've stayed at this year. The price was even cheaper than all the others with more amenities.

Had a two-bed suite, plenty of room for my family of 4 for a few days. Staff were all excellent and attentive; special shout out to the crew that maintained breakfast. Speaking of which, so nice to have a real breakfast included in the stay. Made mornings that much less hectic. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Their free breakfast was delicious. Location was neutral, it's near shipping centers but we did not explore the area. Overall I'd stay here again, and I don't think I've ever said that about a hotel before.

Well organized in the era of being covid-19 conscious. Went with the family- 2 boys, 7 and 6. Check in was fast, good location close to restaurants and other stores. Rolling breakfast can be better. Room is large, clean and decent. Check out was fast, contact less. Will recommend and visit again

This was a great hotel. We stayed on the fourth floor in a king room for a wedding. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The shower didn't get very hot, but otherwise, I have no complaints about the room. The bathroom had great light for putting on makeup and getting ready for the wedding. There was a complementary breakfast, and it was decent. Better than some, but still about what you'd expect for a good complementary breakfast. There were hot options--pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, and bacon--ae well as yogurt and cereal. There's an extra breakfast room off the main space where the carbs are, so make sure you look. I missed it the first morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location was easy to find. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I wish I could give this review even more stars! Starting when I walked in the door, the girl at the front desk: Alisia, was very helpful and showed real concern when I told her I had just come from a really bad experience at another hotel several miles up the road (Rt. 1) she then explained all the amenities the hotel had to offer and it made my week! I may even stay another night just because it's so great!

Stayed here two nights for a wedding. It's a new building. The free breakfast was pretty good, the pool is big, the fitness facility is adequate (treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, two benches with dumbbells 5-50 lbs) and the staff was great. We probably had 50 people hanging in the lobby/breakfast area for some night cap drinks and there were no issues. Blackout shades in our room worked well too!

I travel to Norwood every other month for a long weekend to be with family.. I’ve been staying at this hotel every time i go for the past couple of years.. this past trip in September “22”” i had a family emergency and had to extend my stay and the hotel was so accommodating .. Melissa at the front desk was great setting up my stay .. very friendly and professional.. I really like this Hotel.. The room are spacious and very clean.. ill be reserving this hotel for all my trips to Norwood…

Love the hotel.. nice and clean. THe staff here is great. Th e pool is a good size pool and the breakfast Is ok as well. I always like to stay on the top floor. I checked in for 6 days straight and it's been very accommodating

Pretty Good Hotel I'd say. We didn't get an opportunity to use some of the amenities such as the pool, but other guests said it was nice. The room was very pleasant. Would come again.

Great hotel to stay at if you're traveling or thinking about going to see a Patriots game! Rooms are large and kept very clean. They do offer suites with jacuzzi tubs in the rooms. There is also a pool and fitness center on site. Staff is very friendly and will accommodate to whatever your needs may be!

As a frequent traveler, Anthony at the front desk was one most helpful and kind individuals I have come across. He made our weekend. Give this man a raise.

I'm in hotels in Norwood area weekly and always try for this HIE. Rooms are spacious with plenty of outlets and USB chargers; decor is modern in soothing colors; breakfast is great, in a roomy dining space; wifi is very reliable; beds are new and comfy; workout room a little small but definitely adequate. Eric, the manager, genuinely cares about the comfort and needs of each guest and his standards are reflected in all of the staff. They all go out of their way to assure a pleasant stay.

We had a great 2-day stay here. The hotel is clean and functional. The room was spacious and our family could stretch out without being in each other’s way.

The very best part of the stay was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Melissa C., the front office manager. She made check-in super easy and fast. She called us when our room was ready and was extremely helpful when we asked questions about the hotel or places nearby.

Stayed 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Norwood, Mass, and we were extremely impressed with the staff in particular, but also the cleanliness and the amenities. Beds were great, nice space, and good location. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Well done!!

Front service was very quick friendly and promp but forgot my parking sticker. Connecting doors jammed but quickly fixed by staff. Ample parking, pool was not crowded but COLD! Breakfast was above average. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

My family and I traveled to see family in the Boston area, we stayed for one night and it was a clean and close hotel for our purposes of taking a shower and a bed to sleep in. We also enjoyed the Grab and Go breakfast which is the Free Breakfast being offered due to Coronavirus pandemic. I will be using this hotel when I return to visit family again.

Holiday Inn express is a very nice hotel. Just outside Norwood Massachusetts in a quiet area. Very safe and secure. The rooms are nice and they serve a buffet breakfast in the morning. You'll enjoy your stay. Staff very helpful .
