Ground To Perfection Espresso

A bit crowded with no seating, but worth it! The coffee is great. There's a million coffee flavors to choose from. I didn't get any of the pastries, but they looked amazing. I really appreciated that they give a discount for first responders, military, and veterans! The baristas are very nice. I highly recommend! You can take the coffee and snacks and walk the waterfront.

I have yet to try the coffee but the baked good are delicious. Carrot cake didn't have raisins and my husband was thrilled, a little dry but otherwise good. Snickerdoodle was also delicious. Will be back when I'm in town to try more things.

Cute place right next to the ferry terminal. Great espresso all doctored up to your tastes. The staff is super friendly and the baked goods are to die for. I got a massive chocolate chip scotchie that was a tasty treat.

We love this coffee shop! This gal knows no stranger! She is very nice, cordial, and she treats you like she's known you forever!! Her treats and desserts that she sells are huge, and they taste great!! We go there every time we are in Port Townsend!!

Awesome great coffee here! They have so many good options and really good chai and coffee! Red velvet cookie is good too! Also love how they have 20% for veterans :)

Amazing baked goods, the owner was super sweet, surprised and very happy that they offer discount for biking and 20% not just for first responders and veterans but also for medical personnel, made my day to be included in such a manner. Great prices!

On 14 November 2021, while waiting for my ferry in Port Townsend, I wanted a good cup of coffee so I started looking for coffee shop’s near by. Ground to Perfection was the nearest coffee shop so I walked from the ferry which was a short five minute walk. The customer service and hospitality was outstanding! Not sure what the women's name was, but she was super sweet and very nice. Her buddy Jack was funny and very outgoing. Lots of Love and laughter in this coffee shop and they make you feel at home. My mocha was made to perfection! I highly recommend Ground to Perfection if you are ever in the area. Hope to see you again Jack :)

Upbeat and awesome barista, great cuppa joe, hot and delicious toasty breakfast sammy, and one of the best peanut butter brownies I've had in my life.

Very nice and cozy cafe, really liked that the food is self-made. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Solid cup of cup and friendly service. The “Harry Potter” ice coffee was smooth butter toffee flavor. Delicious!

We missed our ferry & were looking for coffee and breakfast to make the wait a little better. Not only did we walk into a beautiful assortment of freshly baked cookies & pastries, breakfast options, delicious drinks-the owner was so kind and friendly, she and her friend boosted our spirits!
I highly recommend stopping in to say hi, and grabbing a cookie. (Gluten free options available too!)

Love the giant 6 inch wide peanut butter cookies oatmeal cookies chocolate chip cookies. 4 inch wide blueberry muffins and many more on huge sizes. Not your regular cookie. Coffee is really good. Freshly made to order. The shop is quite small but full of yummies. Affordable price as we'll. Very happy server.

Great selection of morning drinks and some of the most delicious baked goods I've ever had! We'll be back!

I went there twice while on vacation last month. Both times, the coffee and food were tops! I see some prior reviews about the owner and just need to say that I had a great interaction with Kelli. She was super cool and wouldn't let me leave without comp'ing me her favorite pastries. Easy five stars!

I just love the hot chocolate. Ok and the carrot cake but then the oatmeal raisin cookie they're pretty good.
