What a great store! You can find lots of cool items, at great prices.

This place has it all! And I couldn't be more thankful since when I was packing, I forgot extra pants and during the hike back from the glass beach it rained...strike that poured on us. I found reasonably priced comfy clothes so I could shower and be dry back at the hotel. The customer service here is outstanding! They have a little bit of everything so there is something for everyone and the prices are pretty decent!

We were waiting for the ferry home but decided to look around their baby section since they always have a quirky selection of toys! We normally just head toward their camping section or toys (they have a home section now too aside from the men and women clothing). We got rain boots for my son, they are one of the few that sells rainboots without too much cartoon characters. I took pics of their baby area since I noticed there are pictures of other areas already.

A very nice place to shop for things we needed

Qimper has most of what you need if you're on vacation and forgot something. For example, razors! I spontaneously bought my daughter rain boots. Their toy section is bigger and more reasonable than the toy store next door, with better selection, I think.

This is the place to go when you need high- quality basics. Unlike most stores in downtown Port Townsend, which tend to be very tourist-oriented, Quimper Mercantile has an amazing array of things for people who live in Port Townsend. Shoes, underwear, kitchen supplies, art supplies, camping equipment, clothing for men and women. The prices are reasonable and the selection is excellent for a store this size. It's also community-owned and you can get a 5% discount if you become a member (It's free to join). A gem hidden in plain sight -- highly recommended.

My wife and I spent a vacation in Port Townsend and stopped in to check the place out. We were very impressed with the place. I bought a durable, middle-weight jacket and a new belt, my wife bought a pair of sunglasses and a few other smaller items. Service was polite and friendly. All around, will definitely return on our next trip up the peninsula.

I was impressed with the nice high end clothing and they even had a toy area for the kiddos!!

Quimper is a great place to shop. It's a community run coop. Good source for outdoor ware. This trip we bought a pair of Merrell shoes and two insulated beverage glasses. Nice selection of both items available.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, which has me keep coming back. Although they do not carry nearly as much variety as they have in my previous years of shopping here, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I can always find something that I need to spend my money on each time I visit. This is the only place in town you can find plus size t-shirts and they are always changing the shirt being offered.

Well priced, quality merchandise. Excellent, friendly service. Great selection of Carhartt, and other good brands. Even though it was a very busy Christmas Eve, cashiers, employees were helpful and courteous. Found some great serendipitous buys inside. If I only I lived here....

Great place to get that rain jacket you forgot when visiting Port Townsend. Good selection of clothing, shoes and souvenirs suited to the Pacific Northwest. Great toys and gifts for all ages. Kids and pets are welcome too. Check it out!😁

My husband and I visited this store while driving through, and we thought it was a great store. It had a pretty nice variety of goods at good prices. We found a vest that my husband loves that is Eddie Bauer quality but for only $25. This store tempted us to spend a lot more money than we should!

This wonderful, thoughtful emporium of needs and fancies is reminiscent of an old time general store. Affordable prices for quality goods, chosen with unusual sensitivity to locals, visitors and our beautiful Peninsula living. My Go-To for gifts and basics. Keeps me & my money in town, supporting our local economy and identity. So glad we have the addition of Quimper Mercantile in our wonderful, independent town.
