Called and spoke to Cindy. She was very nice and pleasant. Said someone would call me back. Got the call back a couple hours later. Let Clint know what I needed. And he came out and got the job done. SAME DAY SERVICE. I must have called over a dozen other places before I got here. But Muellenburg will always be my first call from this point forward.

Muelleberg has been my go to electrician for me and my clients for years. Friendly service - good guys (and Cindy 😁) to talk to. I never feel they are "over-doing" the project but always get it done right.

I've called so many places today and either they don't work on mobile homes or they are booked up. After being frustrated and having just moved here with no idea on who to call, I called Muellenburg and within about an hour they were at my place. Super nice and he was willing to show me what to do in case something like that happens again with my breaker. It took him about 20 mins or less to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend them and will be going to them for my electrical needs. Thank you!

We had a sudden loss of power. As mom is on oxygen we needed to get someone quickly. Muellenberg Electric made it a priority to send someone fast. Thank you for the fast response and friendly service.

Do good work, but getting them to respond is next to impossible. I suspect they don’t want to or have time to do small residential work. I do wish they would acknowledge messages and emails asking for service instead of ignoring them. One time they even came out and looked at my needs, then ghosted me after saying they would send a quote.

They did label our service panel incorrectly. All the breaker numbers don’t match the physical layout in the box, so finding the right breaker to turn on and off can be a bit of a Whac-a-Mole game. On one of their initial visits, I asked them to fix it, but they did not.

Was a good electrician, he was fast and friendly. Unfortunately they have a very rude aggressive lady working the office for them. They didn’t seem to write my address down, so she thought it would be okay to call and leave threatening voicemails. Telling me they will come to my house and find me. Very aggressive in the way she handled THEIR mistake. They made me feel like I did something wrong and I have consequences to face. Which is unfortunate, I feel like she could have handled it in a more professional manner than jumping straight to threatening me.

I have a property that needed two outlets swapped over to GFCi and they claim that the work took 1 1/2 hours to complete. The person that was meeting them at my property was only there for 1 hour. I called to discuss the charges and was told that I would receive a call back within the week. It's been well over one week now. I have not received a call back and can not reach them. Looks shady to me, beware.

They left a giant mess, incomplete work, and messed with my service dog while I wasnt there an outlet they installed inst touching the wall and the drywal work looks like it is melting. I live in an apartment complex and neighbors say the same in there apartments. I do not recommend as I have done contracting and this work would never be acceptable.
