Verizon Express

I just had a awesome experience at this Verizon express store. I had to drive 90 miles to pick up a new S21 ultra, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The speed and efficiency of service was unbelievable, I would 100% recommend this location, for all your verizon needs. Thank you Simayah, Mel, Tyrell and Rheagan you made my day more wonderful just meeting all of you, keep up the tremendous work.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Verizon express store! I had a bit of a complicated situation switching carriers and Kyle went above and beyond to help me and feel comfortable. Nathan helped out a lot too! Everyone was so friendly and kind and dedicated to their customers- thanks!

I stopped by to upgrade my iPhone and Kyle helped me out. He gave me all of my options, answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and made the process easy and seamless! This was by far my best experience at any Verizon store, or phone store for that matter. Kyle is the best!

We had a fabulous experience at this location! Nathan and Simayah were absolutely fantastic!! We had an issue with the connection of a phone purchased overseas and they went above and beyond to sort it out and get my husband's phone working. Exceptional customer service and very friendly - highly recommend!

Great vibes! I was dropping by to pick up a phone I purchased via another location. When I arrived the three Verizon employees at the Express location greeted me warmly, and were were super nice. It was a brief encounter, but it left a great impression on my spouse and I.

This new type of store made upgrading my phone just seamless. If these stores could pop up a little more people wouldn't be so irritable when waiting for someone to help them with their phones/services. Nak and the other ladies(sorry I did not catch their names), were wonderful. Usually really good customer service with Verizon, but these three oh man amazing, I just wish they were closer and I would only go to them.

Came here to upgrade my phone and switch providers. It was a major hassle getting my number from Xfinity, luckily Michelle was there to help and she was outstanding! She stayed after hours to help me get my number from Xfinity, made sure I got the best deal possible for upgrading, and helped me set up my devices. She was friendly and knew exactly how to run the shop, 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Michelle and team!

Stopped at this Verizon express location yesterday to pick up an Apple Watch and a new phone. The staff here were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions in an expedited manner, so we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Fastest Verizon experience I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this location, especially if you already know exactly what you want.

Great experience my Mom and I were in and out in a timely manner. I was surprised at the teams eagerness and enthusiasm to help as it was close to closing time. Kenny was great walking me through the process on the kiosk. Nak, Mel, and Paola where grabbing product from the back confirming available colors etc. and answering my Moms questions. I was impressed by their team dynamic. I recommend this store to anyone looking for great yet speedy service.

I walked out with the new version of AirPod Pro & couple of 13 Pro-Max phones. You both are very knowledgeable and an amazing team!! Thank you for all your help. The idea of getting out of a cell phone store in under thirty minutes is not what I was expecting, when they handed me my new device and said there ya go, everything I needed was in the bag and if I had any common sense I could figure it out, ( not actually said by anyone! ) because it’s true! I have common sense and I’m very excited about that plus I’m super pumped to have such a great crew and team to help navigate my Verizon hurtles if they come along! Customer service was like 1000 out of 10 thanks for making this experience a great one! I love my blue iPhone 12 Pro Pro Max

Mel and Paula are helpful new assistants here with great enthusiasm. They provide sensible advise, useful information and detailed instructions. If they had more experience in the practice of activation and authorization between old and new cell phones and more patience on revising the Verizon account info, I would score them 7 stars (if Google has it). In total, they are both already showed wonderful and fantastic behavior as new staffs. Keep it up!

Clear explanation of what the different plans entailed and what incentives were available between the basic plan and premium plans.

Helped me quickly restructure my accounts to save money on the 4 lines I had and get a new phone with my trade in. Very helpful and never felt like I was being intentionally mislead or confused. The people I was working with were competent and knowledgeable. Something a lot of other stores lacked.

Well today I really needed a charger and I saw a Verizon store which was exactly what I needed. I showed up at this store and was instantly approached by Mel, she helped me pick out the right charger and Kenny and Simayah helped also to pick out the right one for me! I ended up getting two types of chargers for my phone! They were all so professional and friendly! I really enjoyed this experience! Definitely would want everyone to come here and check this place out!

Best Verizon store experience by far. I wish they all were this helpful. No pushy, uncomfortable sales tactics (buy a million accessories)- just super friendly and helpful service. Will definitely only use the express store going forward!

After hours of being on hold with customer care, me and my friend went to this store and Nak was able to help us out with activating the new SIM card. She was patient to listen to our issues and stayed overtime to help us out with activation. Other members also helped her out in solving our issues.

Initially I was going to replace my wife's phone, only to discover that i needed an upgrade myself. While we were waiting between updates and transactions for both phone lines, the service was amazing for every single costumer who entered. Truly 5 stars.

I had a weird technical issue when I ordered a new phone for pickup, but Mel & team were incredibly patient and helpful while working to help me figure out what went wrong! They were on the phone with customer service on my behalf for an hour or more and though we couldn’t sort it out that day, I came back the next day and they were able to send me home with my new phone. I wish I needed something more from this store because they were such a pleasant staff to work with!

So great! Simayah, Mel, and Kenny at Verizon Express were so kind, helpful, informative and speedy (I got there *right* at closing and I had several questions that needed answering) and they were such a fun bunch! I will go back again in a heartbeat with any issues or questions I have. Parking was remarkably easy for a Friday evening but it could be that things have been closing down again lately due to covid. Still, it was a surprisingly easy trip that felt like it could have been ten times harder...but wasn't 😅.

I knew the phone I wanted when I went in, but they were still awesome to work with. They walked me through every step and it was a flawless purchase. They were all very friendly and wanted to take care of me as a customer. Compared to other Verizon store interactions I’ve had, I would easily recommend people go here for top notch service!
