This is my local coffee and pastry shop which I frequent on weekdays. It’s also one of my favorites because they serve Broadcast Coffee (nice and strong and clean) and their pastries are freshly baked and gone by mid morning. Staff are always friendly, efficient and focused on serving or restocking because it’s always super busy.

We went on a Saturday for the first time and forgot that there’s always a 10-15min lineup on weekends. For Easter they had hot cross buns and glossy pink bunnies! Their croissants and pastries are so good fresh out of the oven and the breads are always phenomenal. The egg cheese bacon English muffin is small but yummy!

The cafe is sparse, clean and doesn’t get too loud. They have ample seating downstairs and upstairs but phone service up there. Super chill place with patrons who are there to work or meetup.

This place is really nice, I worked from here on a Monday and it was chill. Their latte was very good and I tried a croissant and a cardamom bun. I wasn’t crazy about the cardamom bun but the croissant was delicious. Definitely one of the best croissants I’ve had in the US, definitely recommend! The counter person was nice and helpful as well.

Very hipster: Great coffee and pastries but be prepared to pay! Lattes have been solid. To buffer the cost, I use the “Too Good to Go” app in the morning and get their pastries a day old at a discount. Chocolate croissants are solid with a strange rye twist. If you need bread for breakfast try the croissant loaf. I’d skip on the baguette. Be prepared to wait in line.

A high quality bakery and coffee shop with tables to enjoy. I ordered the cardamom brioche, and it was delightful! Perfect amount of cardamom and sweetness, so buttery. In the morning it seems like most people come here to chat, but there were also people working on their computers as well.

I’m not quite sure how to translate the pure bliss I’ve just experienced into a simple google review but I will try. I’ve been following Temple on instagram for some time and had yet to try their delicacies, until today. I saw a post promoting Cruffins for Valentine’s Day so I decided to finally take the leap.

OMG they did not disappoint. I got the strawberry and cinnamon cream cheese (like a cinnamon roll but 1000x better) and both were incredible. While I was there I had to indulge in a savory pastry too, the Onion Gruyère was like French onion soup in a croissant. I will definitely be back and urge others to go too! If I could give this place more stars, I would!

One of the best pastry places in Seattle. Both their savory and sweet pastries are unbelievable. I also had their baguette and their coffee, which too were amazing. Great vibe place with lots of seating. Highly highly recommended.

Perhaps my one of my favorite pastry places in Seattle! Their croissant and danish doughs are just superior. Loved the pistachio roll but could even go heavier on the flavor with pistachio paste inside :) Also quite enjoyed their macarons and seasonal fiddlehead fern danish. A sample box of their goods always brightens my week! Also excellent cardamom buns- make sure to warm them back up for optimal munching!

Worth the hype - I haven't had a pastry I didn't like and have visited at least 20 times. Only note: skip the breakfast sandwiches (not their forte) and get one of the croissant quiches instead. Delicious!

The pastries are amazing here! I got the mango coconut mousse cake, strawberry cream croissant donut, shallot & gruyere croissant, whipped ricotta salami donut. It’s all so fresh and the flavors are fantastic. Their homemade chai is decent, a bit on the thin side so this wouldn’t be my go to choice for chai in Seattle. Super friendly service and they move the line quickly!

It was our first trying out this place. It has two levels and very spacious. They have any selections. We ordered cheddars and quiche croissants, chai and coffee. Everything tasted so delicious. The qualities are better than Fuji. The prices are a little more expensive but you pay for the quality. We really enjoyed sitting here to have our breakfast. Definitely will come back again!

Temple is a go-to stop anytime we pass through Seattle. The pastries are incredible - make sure you try the chocolate croissant, quite possibly the best I’ve had in the states. The mushroom quiche and cardamom brioche are not to be slept on either. Although the breakfast sandwich wasn’t as impressive, the English muffin was a perfect balance of chewiness and bit. And their refreshing stance on fair wage prices make a tip-less transaction so pleasant.

One of my favorite bakery in Seattle! I love the kouign amann, cardamom brioche and cruffins. The cakes and tarts are great too. I always get great service even though it's tip free (tip is included in the sale prices)

The decor and space is the best part about this cafe! I don’t believe any of their indoor booths are open to sit inside currently, but they have little cafe tables outside. Beautiful plants line the walls with high ceilings. We stopped by a little later on a Saturday so I think they were running a little low on pastries, but we got some coffee (they made a great almond milk latte for me) and a few cookies, which were delicious and fresh! The banana chocolate peanut butter macaron was definitely worth trying.

first time visiting was yesterday and omg so good! the pastries were delicious, i can’t remember the names of my favorite ones but this sweet bourbon roll with raisins and this savory one that tasted like caramelized onions were amazing! the cookies were also incredible, i loveddd the oatmeal and fig cookie. the ambience was calm, service was good, everyone was kind of in their own world and i kind of loved it? lol. will definitely be coming back :)

My favorite bakery in Seattle with great atmosphere and amazing coffee. Their seasonal offerings are always inventive and unique, and their pastries are well executed. I would suggest going early or ordering online if you know what you’d like. My favorites include the chocolate chip cocoa nib cookies, the rye pain au chocolat , and the rye reuben croissant (a winter seasonal).

Truly excellent pastries! My personal favorite is the chocolate croissant. I've had the privilege of living a few blocks away for the last two years and this place has me spoiled! I've tried so many of the pastries and each is delicious and worthy of their own review. The croissants are soooo buttery and flaky--they're perfect. The bakers here are truly talented and deserve a lot more recognition.

Kouign-Amann yum!!

Set a meeting at Temple so I could have an excuse to try out the pastries which were pretty good I heard.

Well, they did the Kouign-Amann justice. It was crispy/crackly outside, soft and a little chewy inside. Bonus that it was not to sweet to be cloying, perfect with a cup of latte!

We sat in a corner of the loft area and enjoyed our coffee and pastries despite the noise of people's voices around us (not good for a meeting). There are plenty of seating indoors and around four outdoors. Street parking but bus stops are nearby so best to take public transport (lower your carbon footprint!).

The prices I find are not too bad considering the quality of the pastries. They are at par with other pastry places w/o the super long line.

Highly recommend!

I went on not expecting the pastries to be as good as La Parisienne, but boy was I wrong. The pastries are 💯! Whereas La Parisienne is classic flavors, Temple reinvents. The almond croissant was to die for, and all the drinks were really inventive as well. Try the sweater weather coffee!

Temple Pastries in Seattle is an absolute delight! Their oat milk cappuccino is hands down the best in the city. Pair that with their divine apple tart, and you've got a winning combo. The cozy atmosphere just adds to the charm. It's a must-visit for coffee lovers and pastry enthusiasts alike!

Everything is good. Prepare to wait in line but is definitely worth the wait. The atmosphere is great if you want to sit & chill.
It's a mix of families, professionals, & locals of various ages that colorfully fills the space. The staff is friendly, & the bathroom is clean. (*check out the cool wallpaper, it will make you meow.)

Midas 5-stars - for the atmosphere & great choices on quality pastries.
