Came from Canada to visit the shop in SLU.

My girl and I would say that customer service in general is not the same these days, a lost art even.

We were pleasantly surprised and happy to receive some of the best customer service here. Right when we walked in, we were greeted promptly and made feel welcome. Christian informed us of all the new product in the shop and was genuinely just showing us around. Came to the footwear wall and shared some great product knowledge.

Didn’t seem overbearing and it really enhanced our experience. Walked away with a new pair of sunglasses and couldn’t be more happier to support this business. The shop presentation was top tier and the brands were presented in a beautiful way. Daniel was also great to us adding to the overall great vibes.

10/10 - keep it up y’all!

I visited this location at the recommendation of a representative through the Nike app because they had a particular shoe I was looking for in their inventory and was not currently available at most other places. Fortunately, this store was within reasonable driving distance from my residence which allowed me to save some additional cost I would have incurred for shipping, and being in a downtown location there is a parking garage right next to the store which they will validate the parking ticket which I also appreciated.

The store presentation displaying the different footwear they offer made it easy to view all of the shoes in a limited amount of space which I found to be very nice. The salesperson I encountered was very pleasant and eager to assist me in obtaining the shoe that I was there to purchase. They did have the shoe in the size that I needed which their website and representative from Nike stated which is always a plus for me because that's not always the case. The salesperson quickly retrieved the shoes and assisted me in trying one on even though I had my mind already set on purchasing these shoes so I appreciated the additional effort.

They had contactless pay and paperless receipts, these minor details helped add to my good experience, and I would return here again just to see their offerings if I'm in the area.

The only thing that I didn't like particularly about the experience was its website design. I feel there was a lot of effort put into the design, layout, and general navigation but the UI and access to things left a lot to be desired. It was also fairly difficult to figure out exactly were they were located or just the actual address so I could pull it up on my map app, these can be found by digging around some but it could benefit from being easier to see and access, same for where to park because it was just randomly lined at the bottom of a page.

Also, the 10% discount code I was offered online for creating an account didn't seem to work with any of these shoes I tried to use them on and the limitations of the code aren't explained anywhere I could see so it's trial and error I guess, but their prices were very on par with the same shoe from other official retailers so this has no real negative impact on my experience. They could also use some sort of search engine optimization because when searching for this particular shoe they did not come up within the page or two I combed through and this is close enough to be considered a local store and possibly why they still have this shoe available when it's fairly limited everywhere else, I guess in my case it worked out for the better.

Wonderful customer service, Eric and his team will all treat you good and make sure you get the right shoe with the right size while also slipping in a good conversation. I'm from Boston and my sneaker shop there is Bodega, but I wish they had this store there instead lol. These guys beat their service and selection by a landslide especially with their prices. Definitely will come back next time I come.

Love this place! Small boutique with a good collection of sneakers new and on trend. The counter staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the street wear scene and where to cop dope gear in Seattle. Definitely recommend you stop in and take a look!

Went into Seattle today to check out Likelihood and was not dissatisfied! They have a very very clean and modern sneaker boutique with a fine selection. They also do carry colognes , bags , shirts and much more ! If you’re in the area of Seattle I’d recommend stopping in and checking out this gem!

Staff was so so helpful, literally the best clothing store in Seattle. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh fits.

New location is beautiful. Almost felt like a museum the first time I walked in. The buyer here has done a great job of curating fantastic pieces from each brand. Dahlia helped me feel good about my purchase of shoes.

I came in to buy a hoodie, and the store could not have been nicer. The employees are all fantastic, and so kind. They helped me with styling, and their product and sizes for women are outstanding. Truly one of the best stores (or the best store) in Cap Hill and Seattle.

First, the new store is amazing! Great location for both locals and great for those visiting the Space Needle to stop in and grab a fresh pair of the latest sneakers or an on trend fit for a night out on their trip! If you are some one who loves fashion, Liklihood has you covered with some of the best and most up to date fashion trends in the industry. The new store is a warm, welcoming, and very clean aesthetic. The windows allow light to flow in the space and feels as though you are taking a stroll through an open market boutique. One thing I have always loved about liklihood is the staff, and SLU continues the trend of friendly, welcoming, fun, talented and incredibly fashionable team. Not only are they amazing at helping find the correct jeans or shirt, they are all so fun and kind! Liklihood has become a staple of the local community, as well as nationally recognized for their ability to stand out in the crowd! The Liklihood South Lake Union location is known for carrying some of the hotest sneaker brands. From New Balance, Nike, Adidas, Karhu, Jordan, Crocs and so many more - I am certain you will find a pair of kicks you can’t live without!

The brand new sneaker/clothing boutique in the land of Amazon right across from Amazon Go. They have a ton of clothes and sneakers and the aesthetics are really cool. The stairs where the shoes are displayed is huge and unique.

The customer service is also pretty top notch welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend stopping by when you're in the area because to be honest there's nothing else similar to this in South Lake Union. Especially all you that are checking out Bezos Balls nearby. Also, they have free Topo Chico lol.

Stumbled upon this store by accident one rainy April morning. The shoe display rules. Daniel, the owner, was friendly and knowledgeable. Clean store. Cool clothing selection. I walked out with a killer pair of kicks, shoe protector, and two pairs of Japanese cotton socks. Check it out!

Great styles, nice display and sleek store design, with the value / price hitting a sweet spot. It's a small store but it's easy to imagine getting a pair of new sneakers here.
We came in without a plan, just browsing around, ten minutes later my friend walked away in new shoes and we all think he looks great in them.

New location of the Likelihood store in Cap Hill. This store is brighter and bigger and easier to find parking! There are way more shoes and clothing too. I think this will be there new event space area too. If you're in the area check it out to see some unique items that other clothing/shoe stores don't carry!

visiting Seattle from Miami, this store is super cool and if you’re in Seattle you have to stop by, they even have a small basket of last size left shoes for sale which I think is cool since boutiques never have that kind of stuff anymore, this store really felt like a great experience and the employees helped me with some tips for things to do in the area and places to go

Have bought here before online and they are a great store offer great service. Won a raffle and they sent the item quickly and in a timely manner with cool accessories! Courteous details included in packaging and are honest about raffle system! Recommend and happy purchasing from here.
