Ordered a '24 Maverick in July after my '17 Outback was totaled following a collision in April. I've never ordered a new car, always bought 'off-the-lot', so this was a new experience. The guys at Kourum helped it be as painless as possible.

I've been to a few Ford Dealers in the PNW area. I purchased a Luxury Truck, F-150 Lariat a year ago and choose Korum Ford to provide the services for it. Overall, completely satisfied, they hold up to their commitments, take care of your vehicle and valet it to the front for you.

I've been at dealers that make you hunt for your vehicle in their parking lot, don't wash or vacuum and leave service plastic on your seat. When you pay a premium for a F-150, you want the best services possible for your vehicle and ensure that Technicians are taking care of it. I feel overly satisfied with Korum Ford, I've been using them for 5+ years to service my trucks.

They go above and beyond giving you a free car wash, vacuum, and while you wait courtesy lattes! Their service staff always makes sure my vehicle is taken care of like their own and I respect that a lot. When you spend $60k+ for a new truck, I expect a certain level of service and at Korum they exceed my expectations every time.

Had a great experience with Korum Ford. The gals that monitor the internet listings were very helpful and informative. Very good with communication in a timely manner. Once at the dealership I found the truck I wanted and they made the purchasing process easy and also in a timely manner. Since the purchase my sales guy has checked in and kept in contact to make sure I am pleased with my purchase. Have not yet dealt with the service department but hopeful for the same kind of customer service.

We loved everything about the buying process with Korum Ford! We had the opportunity to work with Paris, Brian, and Teresa and felt very at ease the entire time. Go here for service and have purchased a vehicle through them, all went fantastic. Reliable work and very kind faculty. Elwood Johnson, Trisha Rice, and Alexis Dewey are some of the names that I'm hopefully remembering correctly that made the experience smooth and satisfying. All their service writers are also informative and efficient, and their parts department is great for ordering and making the process easy.

2 weeks ago I dove 20 minutes south in search of a new ford lightning. I’d already spent days looking at 4 other dealerships inventory and was surprised to find a truck that fit all my needs! When I arrived I met Woody and was impressed at his knowledge and patience about a truck that may be the most difficult to understand on the market today! I was apprehensive as most people are to purchase a new vehicle but was very impressed with Woody and the entire sales staff! Not only were they not pushy but they eager to help me with my questions
and phone calls! I highly recommend the Korum ford staff especially Woody!

Had concerns with the muffler the day I bought the car kept bringing it back and no one would fix it. The service person kept saying he didn’t hear anything and to record the noise I did but then he wouldn’t listen to it. The last time I talked to Patrick he said he would be rider a new breaker that it was covered, then out of the blue I get a call from the service manager telling me it’s not covered under warranty and I have to pay over $2000 to get this fixed. This has been an issue the day I bought the car and no one there still will help me. I have an appointment on the 7th of May. We I’ll see what happens then.

So the service manager got back to me and made it right and the Bronco muffler system was completely replaced with no cost to me. 🙏. Roman went above and beyond to make the situation right and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I really appreciated the no haggle approach to buying my new vehicle and especially ordering exactly what I wanted. I liked the order aspect that created the order and putting a nominal down and could back out if I wanted. Also, the team effort was helpful regarding both Bryce and Brian as someone was always there to answer any questions.

This is a review for the service department. I will continue to bring my Bronco here. I really appreciated Patrick and his teams honesty about what my vehicle needed. All recalls were taken of, an oil change and an issue I had with my rear differential. It is as good as new now! Appointments are about a month out so plan ahead for that, but now I can see why they were so busy. This is the place to go. Thank you!

We worked with Marc and Richard and both men were really patient and kind while we picked through the cars. It took a little longer than expected to decide which was right for our family but they didn't make us feel rushed even though it was late. Marc helped us with finding the car and starting the paperwork. He was pretty knowledgeable on the cars we were looking at and helped us see what each one had. He made it easier to see the exact differences between each one on the lot to really decide what worked best for us. Richard helped with finalizing the financing, warranty and registration. He had snacks and small toys for my kiddos while they watched PBS which made a long day way easier. I've already recommended this location to a few friends because the whole staff have been really fantastic whenever we've gone in.
