Fred Meyer

Had to share the experience I had today. Went to Customer Service where I met a lovely lady named Dar (I believe that was her name). She greeted me with a smile, and I told her what happened. While shopping a couple nights ago, I got home to realize I had all I purchased MINUS 2 boxes of cereal. My guess was the customer behind me got free cereal that night, and the purpose of my visit was to tell them what happened, more than anything else. After Dar looked in a binder under the counter, she told me to go get the cereal I bought and bring it up to her. I did so, and left with the 2 boxes of cereal I didnt get a few nights before. What was maybe a $10 loss on my end was handled with a smile and was in my way in less than 15 minutes. Customer Service is an art form rapidly disappearing from our landscape. Dar showed me its alive and well, at least at Fred Meyer in Puyallup on Meridian. Thank you Dar and Fred Meyer. You have a continued loyal customer in myself.

Went in to get a rib roast for the weekend, but beyond that, wasn't really sure about how much I wanted or how it worked. Talked to the butcher and the Fred Meyer meat department folks and they got me set up with exactly what I was looking for. Thanks guys!

The BEST STORE in T-Town
Per Bob it's a training store for new Managers. That must be why they keep it so organized. Without Bob they would not operate so smoothly. Plus it's in a idel location. Their parking lot is also exceptional. Best of all Fred Meyer stores. Keep up the great service.

I go here a lot to get my groceries. They usually have what I am looking for, and the prices are not too bad. They also have other things besides groceries, which is nice for when you need to get hardware, electronics, clothing or just about anything else. A while back they had a great sale on TVs, so I was able to get a great price on a good TV to replace the one I had that quit working.

This Fred Meyer has a huge selection and great sales! The staff are always helpful and kind as well.

Great store, GREAT PRODUCE in comparison to other local big chain grocery stores and good customer service. Been shopping here for about 9 years and i dont recall ever having any issues.

Love going to Fred Meyer in the mornings when it's not too crowded in contrast to the madness that ensues later in the day. The only drawback is that their prices are much higher than those of competing businesses in town.

I truly wish that Fred Meyer would pay more attention to how the customer service department treats their customers. I have been shopping at Freddie's for 40 years and until these past few years been treated with impeccable service. Now it seems that the idea of being courteous and helpful is out of style. They are not only extraordinarily rude but downright nasty at times.

This one is the best grocery store i have been, the customer service is great they go above and beyond trying to help you find what your looking for. The jewelry store inside of Fred Meyers is also one of the best jewelry store I have ever had the pleasure dealing with not like most jewelry store where they try and hard sell you something even if you told them you were just browsing and because that it made it enjoyable to buy something for daughter. Next thd pharmacy is the best one I have ever dealt with they go above and beyond
