I love the convenience of this local UPS store. They provide all the services I need, are efficient and professional. The couple who owns this franchise location takes great pride in running a great store! I appreciate them so much!

I love this UPS Store. Each time I go in I find the staff to be very attentive, thorough and quick. They seem very dedicated to making sure that whatever you're sending is going to get to its (correct) destination safely- as much as what's in their control. They're definitely my go-to shipping point in Puyallup! I think enough about this location that I was looking for a way to review directly with UPS, but couldn't find any way to do that. Which is a bummer - big gap on UPS's side.

I came here recently to pick up a package that my friend sent me from South Korea, and they were awesome! Definitely quick service, worked with great efficiency and were very fast. The staff were also very kind and were willing to help me with anything that I needed. The package itself was in great condition, considering it went through international shipping, they definitely handled it with care.
I also learned that their facility is learning the Amazon processes to make it more convenient for customers who order to their location. Overall great experience:)

I did not know Amazon return was this simple. The owner and staff were more knowledgeable on this subject than Amazon customer service. On different occasions, I really appreciated the shipment price quote they provided over the phone as well. I wanted to ship something overseas and wanted to save multiple trips by simply calling and Caleb was nice enough to provide excellent service.

I usually don't write reviews but I was really impressed by this particular store's service. A couple months back I had to ship something back to Amazon and I wasn't too familiar with the process. One of the workers, Stephen helped me out and within just a couple minutes he explained the process and completed my transaction. I returned today to ship another item and was helped by the same employee who provided the same great service as before and I was in and out within minutes. I highly recommend this UPS location, I was very impressed with their service and also wanted to give kudos to Stephen who has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I recently went back to this UPS store, and the new owner, Caleb, is an awesome guy. He was straightforward and helped me figure out the best option to ship my Amazon returns. Definitely made the whole process easy. Great service! Highly recommend this place for all your shipping needs!!

It's been awhile since I came back but it's now under new ownership and they are so welcoming and went out of my way to do my complicated order! They already took all the Amazon returns I had and was so patient with me and helped me find the best deal to pack my items and send them. They are all about integrity and they definitely meant it when they said shipment guarantee. I would go out of my way to visit this place because they are guaranteed to provide me with the best customer service!

I didn’t think I would have such a strong opinion about UPS stores, but this is my absolute favorite location! I’m always greeted by the owner, Caleb. He’s very kind and professional, and I can always be gaurunteed that my packages will be taken care of. I have so many packages to drop off, it’s nice to know that I don’t have to worry about anything. This store and the staff has made my life so much easier!

Very efficient and quick store. Sometimes there may be a line but it goes a rather quickly. The Asian male owner is nice and offer fast and quick solutions for your business.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, received my Amazon returns fast and was able to get my refund very quickly. They even helped me fix some of my packaging when it was broken. I have never had an issue here. Thank you!!

From the old with the new management, it makes a big difference when it comes to your neighborhood UPS Store. The new owner was very helpful with my Amazon return. They also provide notary service, which was what I needed last time I visited the store. I would definitely go back!

Found out this UPS store is under new ownership. They give quality customer service that makes you want to come back. If you are in need of printing I would highly suggest coming to this store. They can package whatever you need to package and do an outstanding job. They guarantee shipping which is a plus. They also do amazon returns which is pretty neat.

Caleb & Ruth provide superior service! We have had a postal box for many years and will continue for years to come. I recommend this UPS store to any one wanting to know their mail is receiving the best service possible!!!!

I was helped by Mr Caleb and a younger gentleman. I felt bad that I didn’t get there sooner.. I arrived shortly before closing. They were a great help and very professional! Hats off to them.
