2nd time around for another ring, great. I only deal with the store manager Corry, with the dreadlocks. He’s kind, respectful and smart in the jewelry knowledge. If you want to be able to say you have a jeweler that’s who you need to find. #GoArmy

Staff is professional. The store is geared toward service members so the process to get the ring was short and sweet, plus after we finish paying for the ring, the interest is refunded back to us.

We were just passing by and they had a special event going on. They were selling teddy bears in Military Uniforms to help Military families!!! Which to me is awesome!!! Yes we purchased some bears.
Any place that supports the Military is a place I would go to!!!

I am horrified at what you have done to my son's credit. 2 years ago at the age of 18 you convinced him $3000 in Jewelery would be a great gift to us and was a "way to earn good credit". BS!! He set up auto pay and for some reason randomly it has discontinued and he now has a late pay which is showing on his credit. He has made consistant payments for 2 years and suddenly it stops. Something is fishy here. And if there is sort of error why did you call 3 months later ?? Reading the attorney General's lawsuits against you my son fits every one of the greivences. Military kids told they would be earning credit, selling him extra warranties and selling him bears that supposedly go toward charity. You will be getting a call from me tomorrow. If you don't make this right I will get in touch with the attorney General. Tennessee already sued you and won!! 800k to be exact.

Sadly I've had nothing but a horrible experience here. This happened a couple of months ago but wanted to make sure I shared my experience so no one else goes through this. My frist experience was February of last year when I called to see if they could send me a box so I could ship them my rings (as I live over 2 hours away) to get them cleaned and dipped and such. I spoke to some women who took all my information and told me my box would arrive in the next 2 weeks. I waited two weeks, nothing. I tried being patient so I waited and didn't call. After a month of waiting I called again and spoke to a gentleman who said he wasn't sure what happened but took my name and number and promised me the person in charge of doing that (at the time a women named Melissa) would take care of it and call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I recieved no call. A week went by and still nothing so I decided to call the Harris Jelwers in Fort Bliss Texas to see if they could help, I didn't even explain my situation, I called on a Thursday and I had recieved their box by that Monday. They even gave me a tracking number when I called to ensure I knew excatly where everything was, they were fast and efficient. A couple of months went by and I had an accident with my rings (as I work with my hands a lot) and needed them fixed right away so I decided to call this Harris Jelwers again because I needed it within a 2 week time frame and if everything went right this time, I would get them back just in time. I spoke to a women this time, she took all my information again and told me to expect a box soon, that's when I explained my situation and asked if she could please make sure I got the box this time, which all she had to say to that was "it was probably because of the holidays" I understand holidays make everything more complicated but they could have atleast communicated that with me when I first called, telling me to expect some delays or something. Finally I got the box after a few days and send off my rings, I got my rings back within two weeks but sadly then noticed that the jeweler decided to solder my rings together without my permission. Of course I was very upset and called them right away, but instead of getting mad I just simply informed them that my rings came back solder without my permission, the lady didn't even apologize and immediately just started telling me how it's so much better for the rings and how I can get them unsolder if anything. I understand soldering your rings has it benefits and that I could get them unsoldered at any time but it's also not what I asked for and it shouldn't have to come to that, I send my rings to get dipped and for some diamonds to get replaced, nothing else. I'm very disappointed in how this Harris jewelers approaches things, I would definitely be very careful and vocal when doing business here.

They claim to support the military yet once they find out you serve they try to sucker you in to finance jewlery that you don't need. Really shady and disrespectful to the military if you ask me.

Ordered a gift and they "guaranteed" it would arrive before Christmas. It's been 2 weeks, no package. Crooks in my opinion...
