In a world where we buy everything online it was fun to visit JCPenney and do some shopping. Everyone was very friendly, and I got some screamin deals on my purchases. Even though it's not good for the store, I really enjoyed it not being crowded. Did I mention the awesome deals I got and the quality of the items I purchased?!

It was super busy, the line was long. One of my items, which was a clearance item, wouldn't scan. Upc was not found. Despite the people in line behind me complaining, my checker was amazing. He kept in good spirits, made jokes, and apologized to the line behind me numerous times. All with a smile on his face. I can't quite remember his name, it was unique, close to Travis. He was great, reminded me a lot of my husband, only 20 years younger. Thank you 😀

Have been shopping at JCPennys for over 50 years and I've never been disappointed. They have good quality without being over priced and have fantastic sales. I got Disney toys for less than they were online!

Large department store in Tacoma Mall. Great time to shop, wide variety of clothing and household items. After seasons discounts are exceptional.

I got what I was looking for which were two pair of boots. Great sale price plus more discount with the app. Jaseline was awesome. She told us about the app discount which I got a heck more off. Thank you girl!!! Jaseline worked at register by the shoes.

My favorite store. Great prices and sales. Merchandise is made well. I've been shopping here for 22 years. And in that 22 years I've only had to return two things. A broken purse strap that I had for only a month, and I ordered a sheet set that I didn't like the material and sent back. I even have two recliners and two end tables from here. I hope they never close this store. I know in this economy that some stores had to close. I ask for JC Penny's gift cards for my birthday and Christmas every year. I even get my hair cut at the Penny's salon. I highly recommend shopping here.

After going to two other JCPenney, we went here and we’re definitely glad we did. The amount of variety this store has is a plus. Also, big shoutout to Ms Sandra. We had the pleasure of being helped by her at customer service, and she is truly the star of the show. Keep up the excellent work. We’ll definitely be back again.

Great store with amazing deals. Clearance sales are amazing. How about a J. Ferrar tie for $5? Or a Stafford sport coat for $30? I once bought a couple jackets, slacks, and maybe a tie and my receipt said I saved over $300! Great store

Starriz is my Master Salon Consultant at the JCPenny Salon. She's been doing my hair for almost four years now and I have more confidence than ever. My hair is healthy, long and strong...thanks to her guidance.

I haven't been a big JC penny's fan for a while. But this place brought me a little closer to where I was. We will be back.

Walking the mall for exercise and stopped into JC Penny and bought a purse. It was on sale so it was a score!

Elevators are extremely slow but I was able to buy a super soft blanket for even cheaper than the sales price. Great service! 👍

They helped me fix the major issues with my wedding ring. If it wasn't for the compassion and assistance of all the women in the jewelry department. Asurion is trash. The need to cut ties. Same company that does at&t claims. The human jeweler fixing and machine mass produced ring results in my ring being ruined buy adding a metal nipple. Then second repair removed the nip and let a serious burr. Ring was heated so the rhodium was faded, turning my black diamonds into grey ones. Totally comprised the integrity of the ring. Just a horror story over my wedding ring. My wife isn't happy. Send gifts cards!

I ordered magenta leggings to go under my costume for Halloween. They were ready early and I was able to pick them up no problem. Thank you for the order and pick up service.

I don't usually write reviews, but everyone in the bedding department was just exceptional. Prices were great, but the staff is what really stood out. They were helpful, informative, and extremely professional. Jim, the associate who was working with us, really helped walked us through all of the considerations. They are clearly making the customer experience a priority, and it shows! We'll be back. Thanks!

Excellent clothes and home goods priced well. My total always winds up being less than I thought it was going to be. They always have coupons available, just Google it. They are great about returns, and the staff is friendly.

Based on my experience, friendly associate at the Order Pick-Up section. Quick service. The store itself was very clean and well organized. Numerous employees observed working. The prices are more than reasonable. Would recommend.

Had some returns to make, the cashier was very helpful as she had to look a couple of things up. Only one register was open and they did call for help when the line got too long. They're short staffed like everyone else and are trying to do the best they can.
