I had a really great experience here buying some fall clothes. I was greeted by every person working at the store, like six different people. My cashier, Cry, was helpful and professional. The store was really modern, clean, and organized. They also had a scratch-off for an additional 25%.

I on September 22, 2023 had to do an Amazon return. After reading reviews other people left I was bothered by what I read. So as I walked up to the counter knowing I needed to tell them that I had three different orders the clerk smiles and said no problem. By the time I left I had a smile and the process took less then 10 minutes. Thank you for making it so easy. Don't listen too all those bad reviews it's not bad at ALL. Have a great day!

Raymond was friendly and efficient. He greeted us within the first 5 minutes upon arriving. Offering assistance and making sure we knew he was there to help if needed. He ended up being our cashier and was very friendly and cheerful. Always thankful when I have a great experience and I really appreciate his efforts.

Was able to shop in peace, but was able to locate a clerk if needed. Love the self check out. Clerks were helpful when cashing out.

This location is spacious and squeaky clean. The Sephora inside is nice as well! The sizes and items I was looking for were well stocked, and staff were friendly!

At the Sephora- Kadence was so awesome. I literally just came in for a return and she kindly let me know I couldn’t return there. But I still got my birthday gift and my points redeemed. She helped me sample fragrances and was just so kind. It’s so rare to see employees who behave as if they want to be at their jobs. I really appreciated the service after work. I’m active duty army so life is hard enough. She made my day!

Reasonable prices. Easy to navigate store. Welll organized.

We had a great experience at the Kohls store and the Tacoma Mall. The staff was extremely helpfull and Iris, at check out, was such a delight and she topped off our experience and we left with a smile.

The association helping me (Cry) was very sweet!! She helped me set up an account with kohl’s, was very patient, and helping me save 35% off of my purchases :)

So amazing! A sweet lady helped me with about a 25 online returns without blinking and eye or making me feel guilty. When we got stuck on one, the manager came to help and walked me through looking up 6 SKU numbers just to make sure I understood what happened. The atmosphere was modern and less cluttered than other Kohls and I wanted to stay to shop. I'm a big Kohls fan after this wonderful overall experience. Everyone was helpful and cheerful and welcoming.
