Great big box booze store. If you can’t find it local these folks probably have it.

This is a huge store and our first time here. There was a booth offering free samples of select wines and liquor. The host was very nice and we bought one of the wine. The host also recommended a reasonably priced wine from Washington since we were visiting & want a local wine.

We had bought a few good flavors of a new brand of vodka that came out called Veil. Each bottle is $11.99 before taxes. Altogether with tax and free membership we spent (rounding change) $120. We are not heavy drinkers, we just wanted to stock up for a few months.

I have to say every time I go in here all of the associates are very helpful. I've never had a bad experience here. The most recent trip I had here was what brought me to write this review. I have to give a shout out to Jay who was working tonight and went over and beyond. These qualities is what makes a business successful and why I will definitely be a repeat customer here.

Brett was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. It was so nice to have someone help us navigate through the many brands of bourbons. He wasn’t pushy at all and guided us to some really nice gift ideas. Thank you! Outstanding customer service!

Diane and Birgis are the best employees at your Tacoma Mall location. . Diane and Birgis always provide excellent customer service to me and other's throughout your store... please lower the price on Franzia Crisp White box 📦 wine back to the levels in early January and February. Don't price yourself out of this market Total Wine and More. Corporate greed will come back to haunt your business model. Keeping 💯 with you. Peace Farmer J

Only my second time in here. Came in to f8nd a gift for my brother in law and was not disappointed with the selection. The store is huge and it was easy to find what I needed. It's a fun store to browse around.

Love going here. Large store. Nice and helpful employees. Taste testing available on certain products. Employees are engaging.

Always has what we're looking for and more, including some limited releases I have had some serious trouble finding in stores. Prices are what I expect, sometimes cheaper but not much (and who's surprised in this economy).

Huge selection of Wine, Beer, Hard Seltzer's and liquor. There's also a variety of non-alcoholic beverage's, some snack items, and various bar essentials.

They have so many different types of beverages with descriptions, so it's nice to have variety and information to make an informed decision when buying. I got blackberry ginger soju because I'd never seen that flavor before.

Good prices. But dont really care for alcohol or wine. Just came to see . Because.a friend wanted to check it out.

Tons and tons of wines, beers and whatever your alcohol needing braincells need. You can find everything you need to medicate properly for whatever state the world is in.

Good prices and great selection. Had the bottle of Bourbon I wanted and at good price.

As always, total wine and mwhen I go in there very friendly. Very knowledgeable and actually saves me some money give me different Makes a alcohol that actually taste better than what i've been drinking and it says me Some to Money

I buy gluten free beer at this location. They seem to have a good selection.

Love coming to this place, the selection is unreal, the German beer selection is awesome, they have so many singles available for purchase, beer and coolers, at times they do in-store tastings and events, love the seasonal products like Oktoberfest beer, the real German Oktoberfest brands like Paulaner etc., the wine and spirits selection is also unreal, great website to find your products at each store.

It was the 1st time I was there. I deliver for Doordash and the manager (white shirt & black tie usually) gave me a really quick run down of the layout of the store really easy to find things! Nice job on organizing. I was in & out with 5 items in under 9 minutes including check out baby!!!
