Americas Best Value Inn Kalispell

I love this quaint little hotel nestled on top of the hill on meridian and hwy 93 in Kalispell, Mt. It has really came a long way, the staff and general manager Cassidy R., has really cleaned it up and updated it, and always are working on improvements from the rooms to the lobby to amenities and the staff! If you're looking for a clean and updated, comfortable, reasonable and friendly hotel, this is it! It is close to any shopping that one might need to do, a hop across the highway the hospital conveniently sits, and the lovely and grand Glacier National Park is only a short distance away.

It shows some wear, but for the price you can't go wrong. Everything in the room worked just fine, beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Staff at the desk were friendly and helpful.

We would stay there again.

I am trying to find the words to describe our visit. We were there due to a medical emergency. We had never been here before and all we wanted was a hotel close to the hospital. A 2 day stay turned into 6. Stan, Rebecca and the rest of the staff became a family when we had none. Yes, the property is old but it’s super clean and always smells good💕 They made us feel at home during a very traumatic time in our lives. The welcoming smiles, the shared sodas....we met amazing people. Stay here. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

This is one of those “you get what you pay for” type places HOWEVER, it’s truly not that bad. The bed was clean and they had toilet paper that’s all that matters half the time. Parking is a little limited sadly but in the off peak time of year it doesn’t matter much. The folks at the desk were lovely I really applaud their customer service. I do think the cleaning standards could be upped but it’s an older building so I’m sure there is only so much you can do!

This hotel is nice & your not having to pay 300 plus a night & it’s about 45 min from West glacier entrance. The bed was comfy & rested well for enjoyable experience to see glacier. They also offer free continental breakfast which makes it nice to start your day. Thanks for great stay!!

We stayed here early Oct, because we could not get a decent priced hotel nor campsite at Glacier National Park: it was the last week of the attraction "Go To The Sun Road" ..... downside, we drove 30min to Kalispell. Upside, this place was clean corner to corner, it was an older hotel but, everything was well kept. As comparison, we stayed the next night at the only open NP Lodge in Whitefish for an additional $90 more to relax in out door/indoor spa. In conclusion, we highly recommend America's Best Value Inn especially, if you are all day in Glacier NP hiking and can not get $300+ lodges or an all year long campsite; this is an excellent option for less than $60 per night. (this review is in response to other bad reviewers stating that the property was not clean nor well managed -- thankfully, this was not the case for us!!! if the management keeps up with our experience this is a great motel for the price)

Stayed 3 nights. This is a nice budget hotel and my stars are relative to that level. Our room was clean, neat and comfortable. Just a bit north of Kalispell's historic downtown, it is immediately across the highway from the hospital campus. A simple breakfast is included and the coffee was always fresh and hot. The best feature of the hotel was the staff. They were extremely friendly and very helpful to me and others I heard them interacting with. The cleaning staff was also friendly and made our stay pleasant. This is not an upscale unit with spas and pools, but certainly is a place worth considering, especially because of its close proximity to the hospital.

The room was not fancy but it had everything we needed, a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, WiFi and cable TV. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and it was close to the hospital. The hotel employees were very accommodating and offered us a special medical rate. They also have a very nice complimentary breakfast, we would stay here again. Thank you.

I needed a clean inexpensive place to stay for one night, and this hotel met my needs. My room & bathroom were clean & the bed was comfy. The General Mngr, Shawn Campbell, was very welcoming & polite. He went above and beyond with me and some other guests to assist us during our stay. Thank you Shawn!!! I will definitely stay there again when in Kalispell!

The rooms were clean the Bed was comfortable. The manager and staff were good to work with n do a. Awesome job accommodating your needs . No need to look further for a clean well priced to place stay.

Great for the price! It hits all my standard requirements: The free WiFi is decent, it has free coffee in the lobby, and the room was acceptably clean.

The staff was personable and helpful, and the breakfast was decent (for a continental breakfast).

Nitpicks: The coffee is offered in teeny tiny styrofoam cups. Would rather have larger, paper cups. The breakfast in general is pretty plastic intensive, would like to see more biodegradable materials for single use items like coffee stirrers and utensils.

I like the rooms at ABVI. This is the second hotel/inn we have stayed at and I will seek them out when traveling. The room was visibly clean. We had two queen beds and there was plenty of room to move about. I like the arrangement of the sink separation from the comode and shower. The decor will be different in each hotel/inn because each is individually owned.

Perfect location for those needing and using hospital services. I had a late night check in and was blown away by the wonderful accommodations provided by Nina and Bob.
My room was clean and just what I needed, a very comfortable bed!

I'm a little bias, I worked here before. However I know the staff and they are amazing and willing to go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing. The rates are extremely reasonable for a tourist town. And cleanliness is key here. It's also very convenient for people who need hospital care. This location is prime. If you go North or South you will find restraunts and shopping and local awesomeness. Definitely where I would prefer to stay.

The young guys at the front desk very very nice and helpful. The rooms aren’t fancy, but a good value.

My family got into Kalispell late at night after our train arrived and we took an Uber straight to our hotel room at Americas Best Value Inn. We were greeted by a quiet lobby with a kind gentleman sitting behind the desk.

While checking in, the man behind the counter was sharing jokes with us, and welcoming us to Kalispell. We actually purchased a copy of his book, signed by him which has already been read! He was so kind, that when we told him we were not local to Montana, he actually gave us his Bear Spray to use while in town.

The hotel rooms were also lovely, and we have an extremely comfortable stay for our one night in. If you need a room in town, this place has you covered!

Shawn and his team are fantastic and work hard to ensure you are comfortable. It’s a short drive to whitefish where we went to Under the Big Sky. Thank you for all you do to make travelers feel welcome and enjoy their stay.

I had to stay in Kalispell for 5 weeks for school. Stayed @ a few hotels, but this one was hands down the best for the price. Nice, comfy atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent continental breakfasts, nice views, & great location. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm out that way.
