Red Lion Hotel Kalispell

Staff super friend, nice clean pool area! My only issue was while taking a bath in our room a white rectangle object began floating in my bath water and when I picked it out of the water to inspect what it was I realized it was a Zyn pouch (one of those nicotine pouches) 🤢 Maybe it had gotten lodged under the rubber shower mat while the housekeepers were cleaning and it went unnoticed—I’m not sure, but it definitely wasn’t mine. In the housekeepers defense it did match the white bathtub perfectly and could have easily been camouflaged 🤣 still was gross, but I get things happen 🤷🏼‍♀

Excellent location, room was great. Breakfast included was fantastic 👍.
No complaints from us. Stayed 2 nights. Didn't use the pool. Wanted to but to many little ones (as with any hotel with a pool). Will stay again no problem.

Perfect. All I can say is it was perfect. It's what you expect from Kalispell Montana but the staff made the stay very friendly, the room was clean and well prepped, and the breakfast was bangin!! I couldn't have been happier with my stay, the hot tub, or the price. Well done red lion!!!

Had the opportunity to stay here again so I am updating my review. We came to town for my wife's birthday. The front desk staff member was very friendly. We got a great rate by booking directly with the hotel. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, but that didn't disappoint us too much. The hotel is a bit older but well kept. Good location. Bed was comfortable and clean. For the rate we got it was by far the best option and we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely book here again.

So refreshing! Clean rooms, a working ice machine, warm colors in the room with neat Montana-themed lamps. Don’t let the carpet scare you off, it’s plush and clean! Lovely pool and courtyard to boot!

We had to come here after a horrible Airbnb experience for me and my boyfriend’s one year anniversary, and Toby over the phone was absolutely wonderful. He booked our stay at a very reasonable price and basically saved our anniversary. Ethan at the front desk was also extremely nice. The room was nice and everything was up to standard.

Liked this place, Good location, easy in and out. check in was friendly and affordable, the rooms were nice size, western Montana flair decor, good selection of TV channels.
Good breakfast, cereals, waffles, toast, Juices. Yogurts, Biscuits and gravy:). Last time I was here there was also hot breakfast selection eggs, bacon, hashbrown...
The pool was good temperature.
Liked the layout of the hotel wrapped around an outdoor atrium and it is also connected to the old Kalispell mall.

Extremely friendly staff all the way around!! Clean rooms & building. Just a nice continental breakfast to satisfy you, very good. People read everything it says Continental Breakfast, not full breakfast also states pet friendly which is nice. So don’t be like the rude lady in July when we were there and be nasty to the staff because pets were there!! It says pet friendly. Will definitely return. So accommodating

We were greeted when we walked in. Got a ground floor room ❤. King size bed was comfortable, walk in shower was amazing! Breakfast was really good! Room attendants very helpful and accommodating. Front staff was super helpful with our tourist questions.

This is a nice hotel, located downtown and attached to the old mall (That is way cool in my mind). It is easy to find and to get out of in the morning. We have stayed here a couple times and will return. Prices are good compared to other places we used to stay.
They have a good breakfast and the journey to find breakfast is part of the fun as the hotel wraps around a outside garden thingy gathering place. Breakfast has variety including cereal and waffles and last time they had eggs, hashbrown etc. Oh and don't forget biscuits and gravy, Juices and coffee.
The rooms are Montana Western flair and roomy. The carpets seem a but dated, but that is pretty the only bad thing I coudl say.
Staff are friendly from checking-in to breakfast crew and cleaning crew... everyone seems friendly.

I recently stayed here and have nothing but good things to say. The employees were all kind, polite, and seemed to have a genuinely happy demeanor. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. I enjoyed a nice hot shower with clean fluffy towels. Breakfast was good although I was left wishing for an option with more protein. Overall I definitely will stay here again. In a world where customer service has become nothing more than a bittersweet memory, this hotel was a refreshing experience. Shoutout to the night shift workers (Bave?? I may have heard his name wrong?) and the lady working the night of Tues Aug 2nd, and the lady working the morning Wednesday August 3rd. I wish I remembered their names!!

This hotel is very close to the hospital, which is why I chose to stay here. The room rate was great, clean and comfortable room, quite a few amenities (including fire pit out back and a big pool), and it’s close to restaurants and other shopping. My experience with the front desk gentleman was pleasant and parking was easy. Would recommend and will return.

We had a really wonderful experience. While it is a bit dated it was a huge step up from the hotel we originally were going to stay at. The courtyard was beautiful and the Breakfast room was awesome. Breakfast was yummy and having coffee available at all times was my family's dream 😂. The staff was wonderful and it felt like home for the week. If/when we come back to Kalispell we will definitely plan on booking here again.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Dog/pet friendly. Rooms are very nice and spacious. There's a Starbucks in the same parking lot and other shopping as well. Food all around some within walking distance.

The price online was great. Went here for my daughter's birthday. It got a little crowded since they had another birthday in the lobby and some kind of sporting event staying there. But the staff was nice. The omelette bar in the morning was amazing and the selection of stuff for breakfast was top notch. The room was clean. The pool area could use an update. One complaint I had was they charged 40$ to my card without as a safeguard until they know I didn't damage the room then they said the charge would fall off in a few days. They already had a copy of my card so I don't know why they had to do that.

Nice clean room. The pool is clean, and inviting. They have an amazing Court yard with gas fire pit and beautiful landscaping, great to sit and relax after a long day. The free breakfast was terrific! Had a ton of options and gentleman making omelettes to order. I will definitely stay here again. And I highly recommend it to anyone that would like a clean reasonable room.
