Albertsons

This is one of the best Albertsons I've been to. the customer service desk is one of the most accommodating I've worked with. Lynette, the front store manager went above and beyond to help me. much thanks! will come back to this location again.

Starr is a star. She was watching out for me. Very honest and caring. I left my $20 when I asked for change back. She saw it was left and put it up. I came back with my receipt just a few later and she was able to give me my cash. Thank you Starr!

When I moved to Kalispell I needed to find a new market. Well I found mine. Albertsons takes care of me every time. All the checkers are fast and curious. I even met a checker who had been there for over 30 years. Says something about the company. Thanks Albertsons for making my move easier.

It has everything you would need from the grocery store in pretty good customer service and I love the pharmacy also they have added Starbucks nice 👍 and for us people who are lower income because it's in the store if you order cold drinks you can use your food card

They carry the items and brands I use. Their staff is always courteous and helpful. And I send my compliments to April at the checkout, she is great.

We were from GA! Placed out order before boarding our flight and groceries were ready once we arrived. The employee that helped us was able to recommend some destinations to check out

The deli team came through with four great trays I ordered for a special event. They were above and beyond helpful, kind and patient. The trays were perfect and greatly appreciated. Many people wanted to know where I got them and I gladly told them Albertsons.

Good store. Kinda old fashioned grocery store with a bit of a old town feel. Been shopping here since it changed from being a Buttry's grocery store...and shopped Buttry's too! Several of the employees from the previous franchise are still there and still just as friendly.

I've been going here during my stay at the hotel up the road and I love this place. Starbucks inside, great food selection, friendly staff ready to answer any of your questions. Very versatile deli selections and their food is always delicious. Being connected with Safeway, with your phone number, you can save money/get deals. Have yet to have a bad experience, well worth it!!

It's a nice big store very nice people. Starbucks was great too very friendly batista too.

From out of town but had a great time each time we went to Albertsons. Monte (Month) at the checkout was very friendly and communicative. We laughed hard about sharks and how I guessed the shark that was on display (Mako Shark) GO ME! Thanks Monte for making the trip to the store so much more enjoyable

Went to deli section for some chicken employees were awesome they got us everything we asked for even though we had to wait... only issue I have is they need put up a sign to order large buckets of chicken 24 hour prior to needing.. no sign and was told that couldn't order it... other than that customer service was excellent

Great selection. Love the bakery , produce and meat department. Very clean and organized

I love this store for many reasons. First off is the selection of products. Second would have to be the prices for items. Third is the staff that work the front end. They are always nice and courteous to me and every other customer I have seen them personally deal with. I also heard through word of mouth this store is going to have a complete remodel with a added Starbucks Coffee. I can't wait to see the new look of the store when the remodel is complete.

Kerry in meat is an absolute delight! She has helped me with meat for several delectable meals since moving here. 100% recommend.

Smaller store, but it has a good variety of items offered even though it's a bit of a smaller store. Makes it easy to find things and navigate through aisles. The employees are always very kind and even though there could be a few people in the checkout line, I don't ever have to wait very long. They even have a Starbucks in there.

Albertsons has been under going new renovations which include a new Starbucks as well as reorganizing some of the aisles and making additional space near the bakery. These upgrades have been helpful in being able to find more items and ultimately a more enjoyable shopping trip. I was having difficulty finding an item that was on my list but it turned out I had bought the wrong item by mistake. Upon realizing this error in my frustration in the car I took it back into the store and was able to return the item without any issues. The clerk was considerate and helpful. She was a tremendous help in guiding me and my wife with our produce needs. The time it takes to checkout is always really short and they have a lot of great deals. We often buy their fried chicken dinner meals for $8.99 or their fried chicken only for $5.99. The chicken is always fresh and delicious.

Self checkout fast, easy, clean. Staff friendly!

Fantastic customer service. Matthew in meat department, Jan cashier, Starr cashier, Shaun produce and the entire cast of Flathead HS baggers work hard to make the shopping experience easy. I forgot to mention Darcy and Anthony... and may not have named all of the people on all of the shifts, but it is a very friendly store

This store is small with a limited selection. This is not your typical big Albertsons/Safeway store. They attempt to have a little bit of everything, but space is just not there. Chad, the grocery manager, is awesome. If you don't see something and he EVEN THINKS it might be in the back, he stops what he is doing and goes looking. They are truly lucky to have a young man like this at this store.
