Best groceries and prices. Friendly staff. Always well stocked with a sale on something good. Check out the coupons on their app for more savings. They also have a clearance cart or two with some amazingly priced items. That all coupled with their rewards and fuel savings program that's free to join, I mean why would you shop anywhere else?

I like the vast variety of foods available.
I live in an even smaller town than Kalispell, and the variety in our local store doesn't even compare to what is available at Smith's.

All the shelves were pretty full; as we all recall memories of barren shelves during the first few months of Coronavirus lockdown. 😢

Best grocery store in Kalispell and frankly best I've been to out west. Normally when I go to the grocery store the app doesn't work, items ring up wrong, staff is angry and rude and frustrated. Not at Smiths. Here every item rang up correctly (clearance, sale, and digital coupons), the prices were better than every other local store (and the items on sale can actually feed a family healthy food not junk food and items that don't go together well for meals, also almost every sale item was in stock), the staff was really friendly and helpful (I spoke to five staff members while I was in the store and they were some of the nicest grocery staff I've ever encountered - all of them), and the store is exceptionally cleanly. I'll only shop at Smiths from now on when I can help it, they made the most frustrating aspect of moving from out east (the grocery store) into a great part of my day. 💯

I've had nothing but good things happen in Smiths. Staff are cheery and helpful, and pricees are reasonable.

one of the friendliest kroger’s we’ve ever shopped at! the produce department (Kayla and another really nice produce lady) went above and beyond to help us get the freshest produce! store was well stocked and it was just overall a very pleasant shopping experience. :)

My wife and I grocery shop at Smiths at least 4 times a month for the bulk of our food. We very much enjoy the cleanliness and layout of the stores. My father was a grocery store worker/manager until his retirement so I have been around grocery stores myself alot and Smiths sells quality merchandise at affordable prices. Now ALL groceries are expensive these days so we mainly shop Smiths but we shop ads and go to Costco to complete our monthly shopping but Smiths is the best value that we have found and we enjoy the friendly shopping atmosphere and helpful associates. All businesses suffered from lack of ability to find, hire and retain employees here in the valley until lately so I give all of our retailers and all involved in helping everyone maintain some normalcy during that period of time. It's just a great store

I hate grocery shopping, but Smith's has introduced online grocery shopping. Experiences overalls pretty good. What you have to do is parking one of the four spots and then call the telephone number that's on the sign. Then they will bring the order right up to your car. I think this will be great in winter time. The directions about pulling into a spot and calling the number are not on the website so first time out this is a little confusing. But once you know you have to pull in the slot and call the number it's very very easy.

Everything was on the list. And all the fruits and vegetables for very fresh. I was a little concerned about having someone else pick out the vegetables but they did an excellent job.

Smith's has a lot of selection. The WiC system is easy to find and has a lot of choices. Secondly there are great bargains like sodas on sale during the hot summer months. The aisles offer a lot varieties and are easily accessible. The workers are kind, considerate and keep on top of things. I also was impressed with their meat market. Lots of good meat on sale.

I appreciate you all so much! Great prices, service and their pharmacy is amazing. My husband laughed about my fuel rewards until I told him to use our card and he saved 90 cents a gallon.

I love this store. The staff are friendly, super helpful, and make your experience comfortable. TERRIFIC. This Smith's carries items I cannot get elsewhere, such as gtetost cheese and THE BEST, FRESHEST, TASTIEST SUSHI handmade before your very eyes!
I will drive from Whitefish to shop here for all these reasons. I bet there are even more reasons to come here that I haven't discovered yet 😉

This is a good sized grocery store which should have pretty much anything you need. They had a large selection of fruits and vegetables and they have hot food available that is made that day. Our cashier was pleasent and upbeat. They even have a wide alcohol selection that is chilled but note that it won't have everything. Overall a good place to grab food in the area.

I've been shopping at Smith's since I was old enough to ride a bike to the store by myself. Always friendly and helpful staff, easy to find product and if you are a frequent visitor you can ask them to special order a specific product for you so you don't have to run up to Wal-Mart for that one item. Love, love, love this store!
