Nickel Charlies Restaurant & Casino

Nickel Charlie's is one of my favorite all-time go to family restaurants. The experience I had with the prime rib dinner, this time, was good. The prime rib itself was an end cut and it was extremely large. The flavor was good, I thought, for my taste, it was too rare. The loaded baked potato was awesome. The house salad was the freshest and crispiest green salad I have had. I highly recommend Nickel Charlie's

My fave thing here is the bone-in Buffalo wings and my regular waitress is Amanda, a sweetheart. I like that she always knows my appetizer order and greets me with a smile as if we've known each other for years. Everything I've had here is excellent. Large servings too! Their burgers ...well everything...are as they look in photos.

Took my family here for breakfast today and it was great! Service was friendly and fast and the food was wonderful. It was busy on a Saturday morning, so be prepared to wait.

Will be back again!

The foods always great everytime I eat there. Great clam chowder on Fridays. If you get the daily double. Bring your appetite. I recommend getting the specials for dinner. And just an FYI, the breakfast is really good too.

We landed at Nickel Charlies for breakfast based on a recommendation from a local. I am writing this after our 3rd breakfast visit in a row. We really enjoyed it! Nice staff, fun ol’ country atmosphere with old pedal cars hanging from the ceiling. First morning we ordered the breakfast special of a prime rib scramble and felt like we were getting a lot of good food for the money. Went into Glacier NP and weren’t hungry till dinner time! Second time my husband had sirloin steak and eggs for under $10. The scratch made biscuits were fluffy hearty additions to every meal. I enjoyed a tasty basic eggs, bacon, hash browns breakfast with large dinner plate pancakes one morning and a steak scramble the next. Every breakfast choice was excellent! The only thing I’d hope for is a bit less bitter coffee but that’s nothing a little cream can’t fix. Overall we loved it! Go here for breakfast and enjoy, leaving full and satisfied!

Waitress Stella was simply amazing. Attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Restaurant was clean and food was excellent, excited for leftovers.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD! We took a whole.loaf of bread home-LOL 🤣 ... but seriously A MUST FOR YOUR DINNER EXPERIENCE! If you're looking for a great meal with variety, more than generous portions and an attentive staff; this is the place to go! Our waitress Kelie despite many tables and being pregnant, was excellent. We had a party of 8 which included a 1 year old, 6 year old, and a mentally disabled adult that we had to split into 3 checks. It wasn't a problem at all. We stayed nearly 2 hours visiting and eating and couldn't even finish half of our meals. You get your money's worth, that's for sure! There's a casino and bar and it didn't even detract from making it kid friendly! I am highly impressed. We will make it a yearly tradition when we are all together.

Always a go to place in Kalispell. Food is great with large portions and the service is top notch. Our favorite waitress is Robin who always goes above and beyond to make sure your dining experience is a good one.

Restaurant is clean and there is plenty of parking. We will definitely be back here!

Nickle Charlie's is a pretty neat little casino and bar/grill. This review is after my third time there, all of them being enjoyable dining experiences.
The pasta dishes are excellent. The ranch dipping sauce is one of the best in town. The nachos with real cheese are quite tasty.
Service even during rush hour was good. The servers are friendly and experienced!
All in all a comfortable place to grab a good bite or drink and relax.

Courteous, friendly and prompt service prior to ordering and afterwards.
Go out of their way to service vets.

Very cool, cozy, and friendly place. It was pretty full when we were there but it wasn’t loud. Great food and the portions were nice.

If your trying to find a family friendly dining experience, this is it. The food is good, the portions are huge, and the prices are fair. The staff here is also very friendly. Worth your time and money.

Came to visit from Colorado with my boyfriend, who grew up in kalispell. He would point out nickel Charlie's every time we passed by. So when we finally had a free morning, we had to stop in for a bite. We both got the biscuits and gravy, and man, oh man, they were delish! Loved seeing all the cars hanging from the ceiling. Such a cool place. We will most definitely be back next time we are visiting

Our favorite local spot for lunch breakfast well any meal really. There have been some fluctuations in their hours of operation due to staffing issues but that's pretty much the norm for any restaurant in the valley these days. They do have daily specials usually and a good selection of beers on tap.

Great food, friendly staff, and just a nice place to relax and enjoy!

Food was good. Nothing was a nickel though, and I didn't see Charlie anywhere :(

Even on a busy morning, we only had a small wait to be seated. Great service and great food.
