I have been a loyal Toyota customer for many years, my recent experience with Kalispell Toyota was excellent. I was treated very fairly and professionally. My questions were answered quickly and completely. I was very satisfied with how my trade was handled. I cant say enough about Mike L, Kelly and Zack and could ask for a better experience.

I really wasn’t ready to purchase a new vehicle and just happened across a 2015 Chevy extra cab 4 door. The price was well under what I was expecting especially since it had under 100K miles. Daniel was our sales person and he could not have been any more friendly or approachable during the process, he was willing to take us out on several test drives and review different models without getting annoyed or bothered with all of the requests. He replied, no pressure on the sale. Just tried to answer questions at work I deserves, with a stronger opinion of the decision that needed to be made. I highly recommend going to Kalispell Toyota. They are a reputable company that cares about taking care of their customers and Daniel is the best!!!

Mike Lannghan was so nice and helpful. He was so friendly it was like we knew each other for years. The other guys we very nice and helpful also. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Was looking for a very specific make and model. I reached out to about 30 different Toyota dealership that I could find on google maps. Kalispell Toyota said they switched there motto of mass buying cars to instead building exactly what the customer wants (as long as they were willing to wait). Knowing what I want and not wavering, Kalispell Toyota was the best place for me.

I felt I was treated with respect and no one was trying to pull a fast one on me. I wish I had more money to spend on cars, specifically so that I can work with these people. I'll never buy from any other dealership again, regardless of where I live.

Cody our salesman was wonderful. He really knew his product and went through everything we needed to know about our new Toyota truck. He took the extra mile when we needed him too.
I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car or truck. I would definitely go back to him for my next purchase again.

Have to offer a HUGE shoutout to the fantastic employees , Andrew W.- sales, Devin - finance and of course the sales manager! Over the years we have purchased from a variety of dealerships and never had such a great experience in the auto industry. Both my husband and myself were so impressed with the professionalism , frankness and sense of support we received we will recommend to everyone. You can honestly tell this dealership figured out how to make the customer experience better!!

After being told off by other dealerships, I drove to Kalispell to see what they had to offer. I showed up without an appointment and the sales team was more than happy to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Left just a couple hours later with my brand new car (and exactly the one I wanted)! Awesome team there, special thanks to Mike for staying after close to help finalize the purchase. Great customer service, professional, and their prices are fair. Chris Aronson spent three Saturday afternoons with me test driving Toyota Highlander and RAV4 hybrids. He was patient, honest, and kept me informed about vehicle availability, which was helpful as I live in Eureka. The Toyota team made purchasing a vehicle straight forward and simple. I was treated with respect and never felt they were trying to talk me into anything. It was a great experience and I am really excited about my new to me/certified used car!

I was very lucky the day I walked in looking for a car, Zach Madrigal was the sales representative that took care of me. He went far and beyond showing me options and sold us the best car on our budget. Kalispell Toyota is a great place to car shop. All who’ve we worked with and talked to are great. Everyone is straight forward with what you need to know or would like to know. Ian, in particular, is fantastic to work with and so incredibly knowledgeable. He knows the ins and outs of every vehicle as well the current changes within the market. He’s up to date with every question answered. He really knows his stuff. He’s patient and supportive with what you decide or are deciding. My husband and I have done business with Toyota Kalispell 4 times now and we can honestly say we have never felt more comfortable and helped at a car dealership. Sean did an excellent job answering our questions, showing us cars and making the stressful part of buying a car, easy and fun. Bobby helped us trade in my current car with ease and Dannah made the usual dreaded paperwork a breeze and very understandable. As someone who prefers to just drive the pretty car and not do all of the “boring” stuff, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the paperwork went and how easy the staff made the process feel. Honestly, this was a great car buying experience and I have already recommended it to other people.... every though we live 6 hours away. We worked with Jason, not really planning on buying a car but rather just looking. He let us sit in whatever we wanted (more to make sure the husband was comfortable), and a day later, before leaving town, we ended up trading in my car and buying a new to us one. My husband, who has buyers remorse with every purchase, had zero regrets or doubts. They gave us a very fair trade-in value for my car and after looking around the entire state, they gave us a very fair price. Due to health, I couldn't walk a ton because of fatigue, but Jason worked on bringing the cars to us to minimize walking. He even helped us load our Home Depot and Costco haul from our car to the new car. The financing took forever, but that was the banks fault and not Toyota. Jason even filled our tank which is unheard of by car dealerships! Jason even checked on us the next day to make sure we made it home safe. We love our new to us car!

Our salesman Sean K and the entire staff at Kalispell Toyota was top notch. From the moment we pulled into the dealership, to signing paperwork on a new vehicle. It was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Kalispell Toyota to anyone if your in the market for a new vehicle.
