McDonald's

This is without a doubt the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, in any state. The food is always hot, and the workers are all super friendly and never forget to tell you to have a nice day with a smile. And this is also the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that has NEVER forgotten my sauces, whether ordering online or in person. I’ve been here so often at this point, and gotten such great service that I feel it’s necessary to share. Thanks guys!

Valentine’s Day, 12:34 drive through window! Rude, incompetent, and thought he was going to win a fight with customer! Very wrong 😑 Thankfully the Manager, genuine sweetheart was very pleasant and quite respectful and did an excellent job! I will return only because of the amazing job of the manager, as far as the order taker goes! If you hate your job so badly that you feel the need to take it out on customers! Do us all a favor and find a new one! A genuine thank you 🙏 to your manager!

Food was hot, fries were well cooked and perfectly salted. Workers were very pleasant & I LOVED that the server looked in my bag & told me what was in it before he handed it to me! No mistakes that way!!!

Once again, my order was screwed up. It's like the people preparing it can't read the simplest of instructions.

The food was fresh, and the female employee that helped me was very good looking and extremely curtious as she had me park and brought my food to my car. She wished me a wonderful rest of my day. Very Nice young woman♥💯♥💯

Once again another incorrect order.
Didn't want to hold up line in drive thru so took a gamble my order was correct without double checking while just existing.
Got home and to no one's surprise,incorrect.
My own fault for not wanting to hold up the drive thru line.

Great experience locally. The young man taking my order was polite and friendly. Order was correct, fresh, and delicious. Recently stopped again and it was super busy at 9pm. Everything was still really good. Went in the evening and it sucked. Cold food, no napkins, took forever, but the service was rude.

They totally dropped the ball on my order and I waited 15 mins. But you know what? These things happen. They sicerely apologized and offered to make it right. Good job to the honest and hard-working employees of this Kalispell location.

The new McDonald's is a bit high tech. You have to order at the touch screen, which is easy!! Don't let it scare you. It's very user friendly. Everything has pictures to go with it. The cups are right by it too, so don't forget it like I tried to. The seating area is nice and has multiple booths. There's also a separate seating area, closed off even, for those who wish to watch news and used laptops. The play place is a little bit of a down grade in my opinion. There is no tubes like before, I can't remember if it has a slide but they have two touch screens with games that are fun and can be played two person games. Yes that's cool I guess but personally this annoys me. I bring my kids to play not stare at a screen.

This is the newest and fanciest McDonald's in the valley... it's pretty cool, but the staff don't pay attention to the front counter enough, they are to focused on. The drive thru

To be so early in the morning the staff was friendly and the food definitely was fresh. Such a nice start to anyone's day! Kudos to the morning crew!

They always do a good job, never forget any part of the order. Just felt like leaving a review because my son asked for "a hundred million pickles" on his happy meal burger, and the employees delivered. Ok, maybe not a hundred million... but my son checked and was extremely satisfied with the 10 he counted...yeah, he checks... he was so happy about the pickle situation that he sang about pickles all night after bedtime and danced a happy food dance while eating it. So yeah, the employees did good. Just thought I'd share in case they read these reviews and hope it makes their day about just how ridiculously happy some extra pickles made a small person 🤣

There is a wonderful gal, I believe her name is Kirsten. She is a delight. She always sounds so enthusiastic and idk who can be enthusiastic before 8am. She is one of the best parts of my day. She is a treasure, give her a raise and a vacation. She is the reason I keep returning to this location.

Excellent customer service and I lovve that every employee greets you with a smile from the time you order until you receive your food! The food is well put together and drinks.

I love the new layout. My kids love the play area! And it's no hassle for potty time with the large family bathroom right next to the play area.

They go the extra mile to making a customer happy, been there quite a few times and they are always extremely kind. I never go out of my way to post any sort of review but I've been really impressed by this particular mc donalds. Hope the employees there are as happy as I am :)

The woman who rang me up was quite helpful, personable, and gave me a deal without me even realizing it. She took what I wanted and found the perfect option for me. The items I selected were part of a 3 for 5 deal.
The entire process took 10 minutes and I was able to get my monies worth. I also bought apple pie which u cant bo wrong with.

McDonalds is fast food or good food prepared quickly. I needed a meal in a pinch and got something more than I expected.
