Jonathan and Tyton were amazing customer service reps. They went over and above our expectations and also saved us a lot of money bundling. Bringing my wife into the account saved us a lot monthly. Both also explained in detail all needed and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the service they provided- thank you!

Excellent service at this location. Angelique navigated Verizon's software and was able to get me a great deal on my new phone that was not available at the corporate site on Treeline Dr. When I came to get the phone, she had collected the chargers, screen protectors, a suggested case, etc. so they were at hand for me to accept or change. The location is small and friendly. I highly recommend this store.

He was not pressuring to buy the most expensive iPhone but helped with advising to feel like I got the best price. The one thing -I came in with a broken iPhone 8–never found out what was wrong with it.
